Overview

Early morning EU, UK, and ME, late on Tuesday night US time zones the Moon in Libra is in opposition aspect to Saturn conjunction aspect to Neptune in Aries, with the Moon trine aspect to Pluto retro in Aquarius. Venus makes a conjunction aspect with Uranus in Taurus and the Saturn/Neptune conjunction aspect tightens. While blocks to implementing programs are removed, stability is threatened. Financial arrangements are likely to be of momentary appeal, while long-term solvency is uncertain. On Monday, a climax is reached with a Grand-trine and Thor’s Hammer configurations as well as a minor trine configuration indicates a diplomatic force to resolve conflicts on the international stage.

Summary of major and minor aspects of the week

Wednesday July 2^nd — With Saturn conjunction aspect to Neptune in Aries, migrations are limited or blocked. There is a lack of humanitarian respect, as undocumented workers are tossed into prisons, or sent to a third country that has little to offer an immigrant. The Statue of Liberty is no longer a true symbol or an appropriate guide, as it cannot be a port of entry for the nation that no longer welcomes the oppressed and weary of the world. The new laws are a betrayal of the creed. Many citizens are now sick about what is happening. Yet the policies of the POTUS are being enforced. Saturn represents the restrictive measures taken, against the underprivileged classes represented by Neptune. Aries is a martial sign, ruled by Mars. Aggressive actions are taken with little regard for personal circumstances of individuals. Neptune represents the  indigent masses, an operation against large numbers of people, of a class that is considered undesirable. With Venus in an approaching conjunction aspect with Uranus, some back lash can be expected. The Moon in Libra indicates the lack of balance and the need to protect personal liberty, the Moon square aspect to Jupiter and Sun in Cancer for the first quarter Moon phase as a crisis in action demands attention. Mars in Virgo is sextile aspect to Jupiter and Sun, as the dispositor of Saturn and Neptune, as brutality is carried out in the name of self-protection.

Thursday July 3^rd — The Sun in Cancer approaching square aspect to Ceres in Aries as two major conjunctions approach partile – Saturn conjunction aspect with Neptune in Aries and Venus conjunction aspect with Uranus in Taurus.  Venus and Uranus are approaching sextile aspect with Saturn and Neptune, as the two conjunction aspects will coalesce to assist the process, either for good or evil, as both positive and negative outcomes can be assumed. Uranus has the potential to overturn the rigid Saturn as Neptune weakens turning retrograde. A chaotic situation could then work to undermine  the order of the era. The Moon in Libra seeks balance as efforts are made to maintain control with the opposition aspect to Chiron in Aries.

Friday July 4^th — Venus supersedes the conjunction aspect with Uranus in Taurus and ingress to Gemini early in the day, US time zones. The Moon makes quincunx aspects to Uranus and Venus prior to its ingress to Scorpio 09:34 GMT; 05:34 EDT; 12:34 EEDT and quincunx aspects to  Saturn and Neptune in Aries, Neptune now stationary, as a Yod formation is created. Pluto retro in Aquarius is approaching sextile aspect to Neptune and Saturn, universalizing the Yod formation. The Moon transits to a challenging square aspect to Pluto. Venus approaching trine aspect to Pluto and sextile aspect to Saturn and Neptune in Aries as efforts to achieve agreements continue. A holiday in the US, as the show goes on with the Moon trine aspect to Venus, Venus in Gemini is disposed of by Mercury in Leo, affirming celebration as a community affair, and the Moon makes a trine aspect to Jupiter in Cancer, magnifying the events, followed by a square aspect to Mercury compromising with painful memories, and sextile aspect to Mars in Virgo, a working trine aspect may involve dangers.

Saturday July 5^th — The Moon in Scorpio is trine aspect to the Sun in Cancer for smooth relationships, promoting acceptance, morning hours US time zones, afternoon hours in UK, EU, and ME. Moon quincunx aspect to Ceres simultaneously could indicate a difficult process for a complex situation, may remain stuck for the time being, although progress could be reported. Venus in Gemini sexile aspect to Saturn/Neptune conjunction aspect in Aries indicates a breakthrough in negotiations as a compromise is offered. Venus doubly approaching trine aspect to Pluto retro in Aquarius as conversations deepen efforts to succeed in reaching an agreement. Neptune stationary turning retro could release the stranglehold on details.

Sunday July 6^th — The Moon in Scorpio is quincunx aspect to Chiron in Aries, and Mars in Virgo is sesquiquadrate aspect to Chiron. Disagreements are possible to resolve, as the Moon reaches the opposition aspect to Uranus, as Uranus ingress to Gemini in conjunction aspect to Venus. The Moon ingress to Sagittarius 22:07 GMT; 18:02 EDT; 01:22 on Monday EEDT. The Moon is sesquiquadrate aspect to the Sun and sesquiquadrate aspect to Ceres, indicating efforts to resolve the hostage crisis. Venus is sextile aspect to Neptune retro/Saturn in Aries, while trine aspect to Pluto retro in Aquarius. Pluto is also sextile aspect to Saturn and Neptune, for a talent configuration, a minor trine configuration. Issues can be resolved with concerted efforts. The Moon makes trine aspects to Saturn and Neptune retro in Aries.

Monday July 7^th — The Moon in Sagittarius is trine aspect to Mercury in Leo and trine aspect to Ceres in Aries for a Grand-trine configuration. Simultaneously, a Thor’s Hammer configuration exists as the Moon in square aspect to Mars in Virgo, Mars and Moon sesquiquadrate aspect to Chiron in Aries, indicating a diplomatic breakthrough. The minor trine configuration indicated on Sunday, continues in force. Major issues may be resolved with forceful efforts and compromises.

Tuesday July 8^th — The trine aspect of Mercury in Leo to Ceres in Aries continues in force, Mercury also semi-sextile aspect to Mars in Virgo, resolving practical issues with the minor trine configuration continuing in force, as technical issues are resolved. Mars in Virgo in an approaching sesquiquadrate aspect to Chiron in Aries and a quincunx aspect to Ceres in Aries, the Moon, working from the Grand-trine of Monday, moves from the trine aspect to Ceres to the trine to Chiron. Adversaries have little choice but to comply with the offered settlement. Hopefully, a truce leads to a more comprehensive peace.
