Overview

The New Moon in Aquarius is a signal for advancement in science and universal understanding. Individually, we take steps for more freedom from the chains of society. It may not be, however, a panacea. The global impact of the new US administration is becoming evident, an administration that was sworn in as the Sun was transiting 0 degrees of Aquarius and conjunction aspect to Pluto. The full extent of the transition, to programs that target perceived enemies, is not immediately known. However, releasing some violent law breakers while exporting non-violent immigrants does not see to bode well for a more peaceful or secure future. At this New Moon, with a stellium in Aquarius,  Mercury is separating conjunction aspect to Pluto, as administrative decrees take effect. The Sun trine aspect to Jupiter expands the proclamations. Jupiter in Gemini brings good fortune to Gemini natives and natives with favorable aspects to Jupiter as Jupiter slows and turns direction on February 4-5. The impact is greater with a slower moving Jupiter. It may bring a measure of good luck or enhanced misfortune. Uranus in Taurus is stationary and turns direct on January 30-31. There could be a release from the regressive economic features of the year. The Moon makes a stellium in Pisces Jan 31-Feb 1 and conjunction aspects to Venus conjunction with Pisces for a remarkable display of empathy. The Moon ingress Aries and sextile aspect to Pluto further indicates a new start, triggered by the dissolution through empathy. Venus ingress Aries on February 3-4 indicating and opportunity to initiate or renew friendships, with Mercury trine aspect to stationary Jupiter. The Moon ingress Taurus and square aspect to Pluto, reaching the 1^st quarter lunar phase at midnight CST, morning on Wednesday in the eastern hemisphere as a crisis explodes, with the Moon conjunction to Uranus and the cycle develops.

Wednesday January 29^th — As Americans wake up to a New Moon in Aquarius today, with reports of ICE arrests headlining the news, Jupiter retro in Cancer is sextile aspect to Uranus retro in Taurus. Deporting illegal immigrants with criminal records, and associates, is an aggressive effort to clear the country of illegals. While the actions of the arresting officers are not violent, they are following Executive orders. The removal of non-violent offenders is covertly violent. The Moon in Aquarius trine aspect to Jupiter retro in Gemini documents the actions with video reports. Mercury in Aquarius separating conjunction aspect to Pluto in Aquarius engraves the incidents in historical memory. The Moon transits to the conjunction aspect with Ceres in Aquarius late in the day, quincunx aspect to Mars retro in Cancer, indicating freedom for hostages in another part of the world, and perhaps a stay on the execution of Executive orders.

Thursday January 30^th —   The Moon in Aquarius is square aspect to Uranus, now stationary as it prepares for the forward transit phase (as viewed from Earth) in Taurus early today, prompting strong reactions to devaluations. Chiron in Aries square aspect to Mars retro in Cancer indicates a deeper look at psychological injuries inflicted by agents, as traumas come into focus with Saturn in Pisces doubly approaching the trine aspect to Mars. Water sign trine aspects connecting universal health with individual trauma. The Sun in Aquarius trine aspect to Jupiter retro in Gemini, as personal experience becomes a part of the universal drama. Venus in Pisces approaching conjunction aspect with Neptune, also in Pisces, is another indication of the universalization of personal suffering. The Moon ingress Pisces 22:54 UTC; 17:54 EST; 00:54 (on Friday) EET, combined with Neptune, Venus, and Saturn for a stellium in Pisces, leaving a stellium in Aquarius of Pluto, Mercury, Sun, and Ceres. The Aquarius stellium is disposed of by Uranus in Taurus, while Uranus is disposed of by Venus in Pisces, disposed of by Neptune, the final dispositor of the day’s chart. Neptune means illusions and dreams as well as depravation. Everyone should ask him or herself “Am I holding on to illusions about the world today?” and “How can I alleviate the suffering of others?”

Friday January 31^st — The Moon in Pisces makes a square aspect to Jupiter retro in Gemini early today, an indication of a rejection of the expanded powers that overreach acceptable limits of humanitarian treatment. The Sun in Aquarius is trine aspect to Jupiter as idealistic goals gain favor. Venus, in a close conjunction aspect with Neptune in Pisces, favors compassionate treatment, although can also be subject to illusions. Confusion and even psychosis is likely to be triggered. Saturn in Pisces doubly approaching the trine aspect to Mars retro in Cancer, seeks to put limits on aggressive goals. The Moon transit to conjunction aspect with Saturn late in the day (Saturday in UK, EU, ME, and Far East) could release restrictions. Chiron in Aries square aspect to Mars indicates that actions may be taken to halt harm, even as the wounded seek retribution.

Saturday February 1^st —  The Moon in Pisces transits to the conjunction aspect with Venus, and conjunction aspect with Neptune. The three planets that denote sensitivity combine in the sign that is the field of sensitivity. Truth and illusion are inter-twined. Chiron in Aries, disposed of by Mars, approaching square aspect to Mars retro in Cancer, disposed of by the Moon, with Neptune the final dispositor. Suffering is inflicted under the guise of righteousness. Ceres in Aquarius approaching square aspect to Uranus in Taurus, affects the agrarian community, by rejecting the immigrants needed to work the land. The Moon ingress Aries 01:11 UTC (Sunday); 20:11 EST 03:11 EET (Sunday), now disposed of by Mars self-identifies for deportation.

Sunday February 2^nd — With Uranus in Taurus now in a direct transit, Mars retro in Cancer is now in a separating  sextile aspect to Uranus in Taurus, eliminating support for isolationist goals.  Venus in Pisces supersedes the conjunction aspect with Neptune, doubly approaching conjunction aspect with Rahu retro at 29 deg Pisces, seeming to indicate a more compassionate future.  The Moon in Aries was sextile aspect early today with Pluto in Aquarius, followed by a sextile aspect to Mercury in Aquarius and a few hours later to the Sun in Aquarius. The Moon and Mars are in mutual reception.  Aggressive nature of goals are adapted to the universal principles to promote understanding and universal brotherhood. The Moon sextile aspect to Jupiter retro in Gemini could defend the aggressions taken.

Monday February 3^rd — The Moon in a conjunction aspect with Chiron in Aries, square aspect to Mars retro in Cancer, as lessons of the wounded advocating a healing process conflict with aggressive goals. The Moon sextile aspect to Ceres in Aquarius promotes the lessons of the environment, with proposals to produce abundance. Mercury in Aquarius is trine aspect to stationary Jupiter in Gemini, helping to turn actions into a more acceptable process. Saturn in Pisces doubly approaching a trine aspect to Mars retro seeks to place limits on aggressive goals. Venus ingress Aries overnight, as new proposals are meant to soften the impact a panic and the Moon ingress Taurus 03:35 UTC (Tuesday); 28:35 EST; 05:35 EET (Tuesday), disposed of by Venus, as a more satisfactory solution is implemented.

Tuesday February 4^th —  Chiron in Aries partile square aspect to Mars retro in Cancer, supersedes the aspect as harsh treatments are a form of retribution. Neptune in Pisces conjunction aspect to Rahu retro implies future dispersed populations, and radical measures taken. Mercury in Aquarius supersedes the trine aspect to Jupiter in Gemini, as warnings are issued through the actions observed, and media reports. The Moon in Taurus square aspect to Mercury implies that warnings are not taken seriously, as hopes for security remain. A quarter Moon on Wednesday indicates crisis in the process of transformation.
