Overview
The Moon transits from the conjunction aspect with Jupiter in Gemini on Wednesday to the square aspect to Jupiter in a week’s time. Neptune in Pisces turns retro, and the New Moon on July 5th begins a new soli-lunar cycle that could transform the political landscape. A focus on achievement could improve chances for a breakthrough event, as Uranus is triggered on Monday. The Yod formation next Tuesday indicates an accepted agreement for a transforming event.

Summary of major and minor aspects of the week
Wednesday July 3rd — The Moon in Gemini is conjunction aspect with Jupiter early today, pre-dawn (US time zones) for enhanced communication, while the opposition aspects of the day add tension. Venus in Cancer is trine aspect to Saturn retro in Pisces, teasing out some of the complicated issues. Mercury in Leo is in an opposition aspect to Pluto retro in Aquarius. The see-saw effect draws resources from the immutable Pluto, while Pluto may crush to silence the flamboyance tendencies of Mercury in Leo. For example, self-aggrandizement meets a punishing opponent. There could be a story of the Hero’s journey, or at least the beginning of such a story. Conversely, the “hero” may be pushed into silence. The Sun in Cancer is doubly approaching the opposition aspect to Ceres retro in Capricorn. As this aspect strengthens, we should see some results for the wretched of the earth.
Thursday July 4th — The Sun in Cancer on this day the US celebrates its independence from England, 248 years ago. The Sun is in a doubly approaching opposition aspect to Ceres retro in Capricorn. Venus in Cancer is sextile aspect to the midpoint of Mars and Uranus in Taurus. Friendly fire incidents among the celebratory fireworks, as happens annually. Mars in Taurus is doubly approaching the sextile aspect with Saturn retro in Pisces. Urgent efforts are make to repair the wrongs, and to seek redemption. Neptune turns retrograde in Pisces, in a separating sextile aspect to Pluto retro in Aquarius. Only about one degree separates the two for all of July and thru to September, when Pluto turns direct. Mercury in Leo in a separating opposition aspect to Pluto retro in Aquarius is too wide an orb to be effective for a mundane chart, however it may be in effect for individuals who have planets early degrees of Leo or Aquarius within about two degrees of orb or significant aspects to the Leo and Aquarius degrees.
Friday July 5th — The Sun in Cancer is doubly approaching the opposition aspect to Ceres retro, with an orb of less than one degree and reaching partile. The New Moon [see chart insert] event is late in the day, 22:50 UTC; 18:50 EDT; 01:50 on Saturday EEDT (ME time zone). At the partile New Moon, the opposition aspect to Ceres is 04’ from partile, a highly significant aspect. Venus in Cancer is in an approaching square aspect to Chiron in Aries with an orb of less than half a degree. The necessity for evacuating the hostages from imprisonment in Gaza could never be greater. This is an opportunity for negotiations to succeed. Mars in Taurus is partile sextile aspect to Saturn in Pisces as greater precautions for security are implemented. The Moon makes a sextile aspect to Mars and trine aspect to Saturn, as final agreements are made.
Saturday July 6th — The Moon in Cancer makes a conjunction aspect with Venus with care for family and home a high priority. Jupiter in a semi–square aspect to Venus produces some tense moments in the process of caring for injured or indigenous people. The Moon sextile aspect to Uranus in Taurus as implementation of advanced security and electronic means of defense are likely. Mars in Taurus is in a separating sextile aspect to Saturn retro in Pisces. The Moon makes a trine aspect to Neptune retro in Pisces late in the day, as the Moon ingress to Leo is at 23:57 EDT; 03:57 UTC on Sunday; 06:57 EEDT. Empathetic expressions gain in warmth and creativity.
Sunday July 7th — The Moon in Leo makes an opposition aspect to Pluto retro in Aquarius before dawn US time zones, morning hours in UK, EU, and ME. There could be conflicting emotional responses to collective or unconscious forces. Try to express your impulses in a creative manner. Reflecting on the past, drawing from the unconscious ideals of humanity. The Moon in a conjunction aspect to Mercury in Leo a few hours later helps to express your deeply held convictions in conversations. The Moon/Mercury conjunction aspect is sextile aspect to Jupiter in Gemini, disposed of by Mercury, as partisan debates continue. The Moon reaches the square aspect to Uranus in Taurus late in the day US time zones, morning hours on Tuesday for UK, EU, and ME time zones, as explosive events are likely to occur. Venus in Cancer partile sextile aspect to Uranus, semi-sextile aspect to the Moon, aggressively seeks to ameliorate or divert the incidence that could derail on-going negotiations.
Tuesday July 9th — The Moon at the final degree of Leo makes a quincunx aspect to Neptune retro in Pisces and Pluto retro in Aquarius (out-of-sign aspect) for a Yod formation, morning hours US time zones, afternoon hours in UK, EU, and ME. A sesquiquadrate aspect to Ceres in Capricorn follows a trine aspect to Chiron in Aries, as pieces of the puzzle fall into place. The Moon ingress to Virgo 13:49 UTC; 09:49 EDT; 16:49 EEDT, as the agreements made today become working policies with practical implications.
