Overview
The Yod formation this Wednesday brings could bring a recognition of talent, or heroism, rewards granted the following week. Jupiter transcends Uranus in Taurus, as inflation endangers economic growth. Stagnation is overcome, and some sense of transformation is likely this week. Dangers exist in international conflicts which remain intense. A grand-trine formation of Friday until Saturday gives a sense of elation. The Full Moon on Wednesday the 23^rd will shed some light on the future for peace and security.

Summary of major and minor aspects of the week

Wednesday April 17^th — The Moon in Leo makes trine aspects to the planets in Aries — Venus, Mercury retro, and Chiron — and quincunx aspect to Saturn and Mars in Pisces. Later in the day, the Moon makes a square aspect to Jupiter and Uranus in Taurus. Venus in Aries is in a conjunction aspect with Rahu (North node) while Jupiter is within half a degree orb conjunction aspect with Uranus. The Moon is quincunx aspect to Mars early morning US time zones, and quincunx to Ceres, Mars sextile aspect to Ceres for a Yod formation. There may be a good deal of luck involved, perhaps relating to hostages, or others held involuntarily. However, since lunar aspects have a short duration, the effect here could be relating to messages of health — life or death. Some arrangements could be made for the future. The Sun in Aries makes a semi-sextile aspect to Neptune in Pisces, another sign of impending release. The Moon trine aspect to Mercury retro could then also relate to a form of communication passing. October 7^th is still not completely over, until the hostages taken on that day are returned home. Some sign of life may be allowed at this time. Ceres in Capricorn is square aspect to Mercury retro, indicating sudden release of information, such as news that is upsetting. Ceres is also square aspect to Chiron, as the bad news is necessary to absorb.

Thursday April 18^th — The Moon in Leo is trine aspect to Neptune in Pisces early today, making the ingress to Virgo at 14:12 UTC; 10:12 EDT; 17:12 EEDT. A painful transition to recovery, healing, with the quincunx aspect to Pluto in Aquarius and sesquiquadrate aspect to Venus in Aries.  Pluto is slowing to retrograde on May 2^nd and is semi-square aspect to Saturn in Pisces. Mars in Pisces makes a sextile aspect to Jupiter/Uranus conjunction aspect in Taurus for a possible reversal in goal orientation, leading to a transformation, as the Sun is at a critical degree in Aries, preparing to move to the earth sign Taurus. Ceres is in an approaching trine aspect to Jupiter/Uranus  an imminent awakening is unfolding.

Friday April 19^th — The Moon in Virgo makes the opposition aspect to Saturn in Pisces by midday US time zones, afternoon hours UK, EU, and ME. Personal conflicts may develop to an impasse. You may develop a sense of futility or find lack of response as relationships suffer, unable to process pain. A quincunx aspect to Mercury retro and Venus in Aries, in a close conjunction aspect, helps to review the situation, perhaps in conversation with friends or therapists, and gain some relief, later in the day. The Sun ingress to Taurus, a traditional Earth Day for respect for the environment 14:01 UTC; 10:01 EDT; 17:01 EEDT.  The Moon progresses to a grand-trine configuration overnight, morning hours in UK, EU and ME.

Saturday April 20^th — The grand-trine configuration in earth signs involves Jupiter/Uranus conjunction in Taurus, Ceres in Capricorn, and the Moon in Virgo, as the Moon makes an opposition aspect to Mars in Pisces. What the appropriate response to the massive missile attack on Israel, that was successfully deterred by the Iron Dome Defense system with a 1.2 (estimated) billion-dollar expense, and allied forces that participated in the downing drones and rockets and neutralizing the threat, may be economic rather than a military retaliation. An opposition aspect from the Moon to Neptune in Pisces indicates a dispersal of energy, more a soft landing than aggressive annihilation. The possibility of a hostage release can also be inferred at this time, as the Jupiter/Uranus conjunction aspect in Taurus opens a pathway for radical change. The Moon ingress to Libra at 03:09 UTC; 23:09 EDT; 06:09 EEDT, an overnight ingress that could shift awareness.

Sunday April 21^st — The Moon ingress Libra overnight in most locations and makes a trine aspect to Pluto about 3 hours after the ingress. Effort to contain aggression are made with petition to highest courts, the UN for international issues, national high courts or local appellate courts may also be active over the next 3 days. The Sun in Taurus is in an approaching square aspect to Pluto indicates a conflict of interest, concerning a powerful group process. Jupiter in Taurus supersedes Uranus in Taurus, with possible reforms initiated. Mars in Pisces transcends the sextile aspect to Uranus/Jupiter, integrating goals in the political and economic processes. Ceres in Capricorn and in square aspects to Chiron and Venus in Aries, as a conflict of goals (Mars is the dispositor of Venus and Chiron) prevents a resolution.

Monday April 22^nd — The Moon in Libra is in opposition aspect to Mercury retro in Aries and quincunx aspect to Saturn in Pisces [chart insert]. Certainly a time to replay past events and draw some conclusion. However, the needed balance of accounts may not be achieved. Jupiter supersedes Uranus in Taurus as costs measure in the equation. Ceres in Capricorn is trine aspect to Uranus, as damages to environment are also added into the analysis. The Moon makes a square aspect to Ceres and an opposition aspect to Chiron for a T-square configuration. The Moon is also in opposition aspect to Venus in Aries for a double T-square configuration. Ceres at the focal point, the outcome for the environment and future generations, could be weakened in the process, a point of view that is understood, yet often ignored in process of the battle. The Sun in Taurus square aspect to Pluto in Aquarius challenges the potential for annihilation.

Tuesday April 23^rd — The Moon in Libra makes quincunx aspects to Mars and Neptune overnight (US time zones), morning and afternoon in Europe and the Mideast time zones, including Ukraine, Russia, and Israel. Moon ingress to Scorpio at 15:21 UTC; 11:21 EDT; 18:21 EEDT. The Full Moon partial eclipse in Scorpio is at 23:50 UTC; 19:50 EDT; 02:50 EEDT on Wednesday [chart insert]. The Full Moon square aspect to Pluto in Aquarius, indicts that the events of the day could impact large populations, threatening future generations.  Mars is semi–square aspect to Pluto, risking intemperance. Ceres in Capricorn is in a square aspect to Chiron in Aries, indicating that environmentalists speak out about the dangers. A release of hostages could be arranged, as Ceres is also trine aspect to Uranus and Jupiter conjunction aspect in Taurus. Personal honors could be rewarded for achievements.
