The Moon ingress to Leo at 19:34 UTC on Tuesday, with the last aspect the Moon trine aspect to the Sun at 18:54 UTC on March 19^th. This critical degree aspect begins the void-of-course Moon that that for 40 minutes on Tuesday evening EDT 14:54 until 15: 34 is a critical time span when agreements involving financial transactions, job offers or engagements should not be finalized, as an agreement made during the void-of-course Moon may turn sour, and fall-through in the end. The lunar ingress to Leo precedes the Aries Sun ingress by three and a half hours. The Moon in Leo reaches the opposition aspect to Pluto in Aquarius at 00:50 EET; 19:50 EDT Tuesday, four and a half hours before the Sun ingress to Aries, and the Full Moon eclipse on Monday, March 25^th.  This seed moment presages an awakening. Pluto will turn retrograde on May 2^nd, retreating into Capricorn on September 2^nd.  Pluto returns to ingress Aquarius on November 20^th, soon after the US Presidential election, certainly a transforming time for the US and the world.

Some satisfaction can be attained, decisions may then be based on perceived enjoyment of the outcome, and a favorable situation could be created. The Moon in Leo makes a quincunx aspect to Venus and Saturn in Pisces, and soon after a quincunx aspect to Ceres in Capricorn with a Yod formation in the process, and a fortuitous breakthrough could take place.  Ceres makes a trine aspect to Jupiter in Taurus. Jupiter is disposed of by Venus, Ceres is disposed of by Saturn. Venus and Saturn are in a conjunction aspect in Aquarius. Strength and Kindness combine for a favorable outcome. The Sun sextile aspect to Pluto encourages acceptance of advanced programming within cultural groups.

Thursday March 21^st — The Moon in vibrant Leo makes sextile aspects to Chiron and Mercury conjunction aspect in Aries, activating deep dialogue. This is an overnight aspect in the US, morning hours in the ME, EU, and UK. The Sun in Aries stands sextile aspect to regenerative Pluto, motivating exchanges that could solidify contracts. The Moon in square aspects to Jupiter and Uranus in Taurus stresses urgency. Venus draws close to the partile conjunction aspect with Saturn in Pisces, where Venus is exalted. Saturn in Pisces can be delusional, as the will to create structure is frustrated or denied. Venus might then be the savior, with a degree of gentle concern, restoring dignity to the Saturn based failed projects. Also, women and youth become associated, possibly trapped into a delusional cause. The Moon transits to the opposition aspect to Mars in Aquarius, facing universal challenges, while pride wilts. Mars indirectly targets delusional programs and may also be tainted by delusion with the semi-sextile aspect to Neptune. Mars ingress to Pisces 20:25 EDT; 00:15 UTC Friday; 02:15 EET Friday, seeming acquiesce a process that lacks assurance.

Friday March 22^nd — The Moon ingress to Virgo 07:43 UTC; 03:43 EDT; 09:43 EET. The Moon in quincunx aspects to Pluto in Aquarius and the Sun in Aries indicate a critical analysis of the proposals, fortified by the enlightened powers to promote unity. Venus transcends the conjunction aspect with Saturn and makes a sextile aspect to Ceres in Capricorn, engaging the future for the young and the structure of a peace agreement that ensures security for children and a release for women and children from captivity.

Saturday March 23^rd — The Moon in Virgo reaches the opposition aspect to Saturn and Venus conjunction aspect in Pisces by 09:00 EDT; 15:00 EET. Simultaneously, the Moon forms a grand-trine configuration with Ceres in Capricorn and Jupiter in Taurus, an earth sign configuration that indicates an easy acceptance of material with a practical solution to a situation. An acceptance of agreements could facilitate hostage release. Ceres is a dwarf-planet, but has a connection with mythological abductions, and is therefore appropriately assigned to the hostage abductions, especially as they are held underground in many cases. Ceres (also known as Demeter) is the mother of Persephone, who was abducted by Hades into an underground existence.  Jupiter symbolizes magnification but is also the planet of good fortune. Venus, in sextile aspect to Jupiter and to Ceres, is a planet symbolizing beauty as well as good deeds is posited in the empathetic sign of Pisces. The grand-trine works for Putin also. By retaining power his ability to operate without hindrance is assured, so the grand-trine works for him also.

Sunday March 24^th — The Moon in Virgo makes an opposition aspect to Neptune in Pisces in the morning hours (US time zones) or afternoon hours in UK, EU, and ME. Your work may feel inspirational today as you find time for reflection on your orbit in the totality that surrounds us. You may want to avoid routine duties but feel a sense of responsibility or entrapment. Venus in Pisces is sextile aspect to Jupiter in Taurus, an aspect that favors enjoyment as you expand your circle of friendships. Jupiter is in a separating trine aspect to Ceres is Capricorn and Venus in Pisces is in a separating sextile aspect to Ceres, continuing a process of the weekend negotiations.  The Moon ingress to Libra occurs at 20:39 UTC; 22:38 EED; 16:38 EDT. By 20:00 EDT, the Moon is partile trine aspect to Pluto in Aquarius disposed of by Uranus in Taurus. Finances are at risk although the will to forge a new path for a universal transformation in international relations could propel agreements to end conflicts. The Moon is quincunx aspect to Mars in Pisces simultaneously with the trine aspect to Pluto. This is a more compassionate position for Mars, with more flexibility in negotiations that could lead to reforms.

Monday March 25^th — The stellium in Pisces complements the Full Moon in Libra, and the Sun, Mercury, and Chiron in Aries. The lunar eclipse will be visible from 00:53 EDT, although the exact time of the Moon opposition aspect to the Sun is at 03:01 EDT; 07:01 UTC; 09:01 EET.  The astrological significance of an eclipse has a duration of 2-6 months on either side of the event. Therefore, the changes that are now manifesting slowly, in personal evolutionary goals, in interpersonal relations, and international affairs, have already begun to take form, and will continue to evolve for several months.  Venus in Pisces is still in orb or a sextile to Jupiter and transcends the sextile as relationships ripen. The Moon in a quincunx aspect to Saturn in Pisces as traditions are weighed. The Moon in conjunction aspect with Ketu encourages the cessation of past restrictions as the Moon in also quincunx aspect to Venus in Pisces. The Moon also makes a quincunx aspect to Jupiter in Taurus, with a possible Yod formation with Venus, another indication that negotiations progress and may produce agreements.

Tuesday March 26^th — Venus in Pisces is sextile aspect to the midpoint of Jupiter and Uranus in Taurus as the Moon in Libra makes a quincunx aspect to the pair (Jupiter and Uranus), the Yod configuration, that incudes Venus in Pisces could indicate the successful restructuring of the Middle East in process. The framework of the vision for the ME becomes clearer. Chiron in Aries makes a semi-sextile aspect to Jupiter/Uranus on the one hand, and to Venus on the other, as in-depth work is involved, working out past issues, the Moon makes an opposition aspect to Chiron as grievances are aired. The Moon makes an opposition aspect to Mercury in Aries as challenges remain to be addressed, a quincunx aspect to Neptune follows. The indications are that the deal may fall if certain demands are not met.
