Parsing Illusions

Overview

The Saturn ingress to Aries where it will stay for 2.5 years, is more than a regular ingress. It is a likely to awaken deep convictions, more like a seismic leap. It will be transiting in Aries until April 2028. Saturn completes the zodiac wheel to return to  start. From Pisces, the mutable water sign of Universal orientation to the cardinal fire sign or a Personal orientation. The New Moon on Tuesday also gives the sense of a new beginning with a focus on personal opinions. There is a break in trust, and a re-evaluation of the ranks. And to release the emotional baggage of the past, by focusing on the present, the here and now. Saturn returns to Pisces at the beginning of September, as the past faces yet another review, then returning to Aries in mid-February 2026 until April 2028. A five-planet stellium in Aries persists this week, with a temporary stellium in Gemini as the Moon moves into Gemini, and transits to the final degree of Virgo on Wednesday next week.

Summary of major and minor aspects of the week

Wednesday May 28 — The Moon in a conjunction aspect with Jupiter, and semi-sextile aspect to Uranus in Taurus, enhances dialogue. Then about 6 hours later, the Moon ingress to Cancer 17:34 GMT; 13:34 EDT; 20:34 EEDT, a time for commiserating on personal status. The lunar square aspect to Saturn/Neptune conjunction aspect in Aries, fosters grand illusions that are likely impossible to achieve. Ceres in Aries sextile aspect to Pluto retro in Aquarius indicates work to free hostages and the wrongfully detained. Saturn in Aries approaching conjunction aspect with Neptune could limit the powers of passion. This aspect could also define the limitless, thereby giving some boundaries to contain illusions. The Moon square aspect to Ceres awakens desires for progress with compassionate terms seeking to extend assistance to the needy, and release those held in captivity.

Thursday May 29^th — Mercury in Gemini makes the conjunction aspect to the Sun, as the Sun is disposed of by Mercury, yet for a time, Mercury is combust (ineffective) and then cazimi (powerful) as the discussions reach a feverish pitch. Resolutions may result, as pressures mount. Mild pressure from Jupiter in Gemini is semi-sextile aspect to Uranus in Taurus. Ceres in Aries maintains a sextile aspect to Pluto retro in Aries. This could help implement agreements with enemies, especially for exchanges to meet the demands of each side in a conflict.

Friday May 30^th — Mercury supersedes the conjunction aspect with the Sun in Gemini, as new directives may be issued. The Moon in Cancer square aspect to Venus and Chiron in Aries, as Venus approaching conjunction aspect with Chiron is facilitated for a possible healing as personal experiences are released. Moon ingress Leo 20:18 GMT; 16:18 EDT; 23:18 EEDT, trine aspect to Saturn and Neptune in Aries with cautious hope for an imminent resolution. The Moon opposition aspect to Pluto late evening US time zones, early morning on Saturday UK, EU and ME zones, indicates a breakthrough in negotiations. A trine aspect to Neptune activating the conjunction aspect to Ceres trine aspect to the Moon envisions reunion.

Saturday May 31^st — The Moon in Leo is sextile aspect to the Sun/Mercury conjunction aspect in Gemini, as Mercury separating conjunction aspect to the Sun and sextile aspect to the Moon indicates a response with an independent voice. The waxing Moon phase in progress is useful for personal glorification.

Sunday June 1^st — The Moon in Leo transits the conjunction aspect with Mars early US time zones, afternoon hours UK, EU, and ME, illustrating the goal directed actions taken. The Moon transits to the trine aspect to Venus/Chiron conjunction aspect in Aries as acceptance of the initiatives taken are agreeable to further the healing of the wounded. The Moon sextile aspect to Jupiter in Gemini could release benefits. The Moon ingress Virgo 03:01 Monday GMT; 23:01 EDT; 06:01 EEDT Monday for more detailed analysis, following from the quincunx aspects to Saturn/Neptune in Aries, this parsing the illusions that foment conspiracies.

Monday June 2^nd —  The Moon in Virgo is quincunx aspect to Pluto retro in Aquarius and forms a Yod formation when including a quincunx aspect to Ceres in Aries. Pluto and Ceres are in sextile aspect. The benefits this brings could be extensive, such as information from captives released. Venus supersedes the conjunction aspect to Chiron in Aries and approaching sextile aspect to Jupiter in Gemini. Active healing creates a powerful narrative. Neptune is conjunction aspect with Saturn in Aries,  as both planets are progressing slowly, the orb is maintained.  Limited releases might be possible, although captivity remains an issue. The Moon square aspect to the Sun before midnight US time zones, Tuesday morning in UK, EU, and ME, at the first quarter lunar phase, a crisis in the developing cycle. Agreements seem less doable.

Tuesday June 3^rd — The Moon in Virgo makes a sesquiquadrate aspect to Pluto retro in Aquarius and a square aspect to Mercury in Gemini, with Mercury also sesquiquadrate aspect to Pluto creating a configuration called Thor’s Hammer, indicating an opportunity to use intense focus to achieve a goal. This is relatively brief as the Moon transits on to the conjunction aspect with Ketu. Issues might be worked out with the Thor’s Hammer before noon US time zones, later in the afternoon UK, EU, and ME. Pluto sextile aspect to the midpoint of Ceres and Neptune in Aries indicates consequential decisions concerning the cessation of violence and the return of captured citizens or the wrongly deported.
