Vigilante Power vs Law – September 2nd – 9th 2020

This week kicks off with a full Moon in Pisces in a conjunction aspect to Neptune (seen in the chart posted). We can expect this solar-lunar cycle to bring to the surface dreams and mystical thoughts among other more unpleasant events from the unconscious mind. We can become lost in our unconscious mind or simply day dream more than usual for a day or two at least. Mars in Aries, conjunction aspect with Eris contributes a viciousness to the strong willpowers that are activated.

Summary of Major Aspects of the Week

Full Moon in Pisces
September 2, 2020

Wednesday September 2ndFollowing the full Moon aspect (180 deg, opposition) overnight, the Moon in Pisces continues in its path to a sextile aspect (60 deg, helpful) to Jupiter in Capricorn, enhancing its effective role in focusing on the emotionally charged issues.  We are likely to be more sensitive and intuitive than our normal instincts allow. The Moon then meets with a conjunction aspect (0 degrees combining) with Neptune, the ruler of Pisces. We are challenged to dig deeper into personal motivations. Venus in Cancer is in the polarizing opposition aspect (180 deg, tense) with Saturn in Capricorn, the sign of Saturn’s rulership. Saturn represents authority and has more power of over the outcome of events than Venus in Cancer, appealing to the rights of the individual. However, Mercury in Virgo lends support to Venus in Cancer with a sextile aspect (60 deg, helpful) adding needed factual evidence to combat the limitations of the ruler Saturn itself.  Democracy as an applied system undergoes change in the implementation of law and order that must be based on democratic principles. The Sun in Virgo and in a trine aspect (120 deg, flowing) to Uranus in Taurus, disposed of by Mercury in Virgo implements the power of the majority.

Thursday September 3rd — The Moon in Pisces is trine aspect (120 deg, flowing) to Venus in Cancer, and sextile aspect (60 deg, helpful) to Saturn in Capricorn, giving more power to the plaintiff. The Moon is also in an opposition aspect (180 deg, tense) to Mercury in Virgo, drawing on data, as Mercury is less susceptible to emotional distractions, and can guide the Pisces tendency to dispersion under pressure. The Moon ingress to Aries in the afternoon hours (time depending on location) could act more impulsively. It is a void-of-course Moon until the conjunction with Chiron early on Friday.

Friday September 4th — You may have a need to adjust or reorient your objectives in light of an emerging priority, as the Moon confers with Chiron early today in the conjunction aspect (0 deg, combining). This ends the void-of-course Moon.  The Moon is semi-sextile (30 deg, quick) to Uranus in Taurus and quincunx aspect (150 deg, complex) to the Sun in Virgo before making a square aspect (90 deg, harsh) to Jupiter in Capricorn, as a reckoning is made regarding the week’s actions. Mercury in a sextile aspect (60 deg, helpful) to Venus indicates that efforts to particularize the situation that evolves are made, although the outcome is not arrived at. There could be evasiveness as indicated by the quincunx aspect between the Moon and the Sun.

Saturday September 5th — The Moon in Aries makes square aspects (90 deg, harsh) to Pluto and Saturn (both retrograde) in Capricorn. Personal responses to official actions are likely to be combative. A lack of sensitivity is shown by the officials conflicting with personal pain and grief over loss. The Moon makes a conjunction aspect (0 deg, combining) with Mars in Aries late in the day, as more violence could be triggered.

Sunday September 6th — While the Moon moves into Taurus overnight, a sign of Yin polarity, Mercury and Venus ingress to signs of positive or Yang polarity. This could coincide with more acceptance responses to the findings of investigative bodies or individuals. The Moon is square aspect (90 deg, harsh) to Venus in Leo and quincunx aspect (120 deg, complex) to Mercury in Libra, an indication that acceptance of the outcome or even the process is not easy. Venus and Mercury remain in a sextile aspect (60 deg, helpful) relationship. Justification and facts are related and reinforce one another.

Monday September 7th — The Moon in Taurus forms a trine aspect (120 deg, flowing) to the Sun in Virgo as well as a trine aspect (120 deg, easy) to Jupiter in Capricorn for a grand-trine configuration. The two luminaries and the greater benefic Jupiter in earth signs make for an acceptable agreement, between conflicting sides.

Tuesday September 8th — The trine aspects (120 deg, flowing) from the Moon in Taurus to Pluto and Saturn in Capricorn overnight, as identification and perhaps legal actions are carried out.  Mars in Aries is stationary and preparing to turn retrograde as assertive factions are slowed or immobilized, less able to carry out agendas toward a goal.
