Urgency and Instability Complicate Resolution – September 11-18 2019

The stellium in Virgo will dissipate on the 14th after the Full Moon. As Mars approaches the opposition aspect to Neptune, with Jupiter square aspect to Mars, the Tsquare in operation has Jupiter at the focal point, on Wednesday and Thursday. This month is the month of Elul in the Hebrew calendar, a month devoted to repentance, and very fitting for the Virgo stellium with Neptune in a close opposition aspect to each planet in turn. The opposition of Neptune to the planets in Virgo brings a back and forth uncertainty, with each side drawing from and possibly the rejecting the opponent. This can be seen in political instability in many nations around the world, including USA, UK, Russia and Israel. The tragic hurricane Dorian on the earthly plane created havoc during this configuration. Pluto is trine aspect to the Sun at the Full Moon, adding a sense of fateful finality to the events that mark the lunation. Mars in opposition aspect to Neptune on the 12th-14th could see efforts to achieve and repair infrastructure frustrated, due to the depth of the instability encountered and the vast field of debris.

Summary of Major Aspects of the Week

Wednesday September 11th – The Moon in Aquarius forms quincunx aspects (150 deg, complex) to the planets of the Virgo stellium.  Creative ingenuity is applied to the day’s issues that arise during this crucial day for survivors of hurricane Dorian. The quincunx to Mars and the Sun early in the day with Neptune making opposition aspects to Mars and the Sun, gives a sense of intensity of action and receding hope. The quincunx aspects to Mercury and Venus later in the day, with a more charitable effect, can be a saving grace. The Jupiter square aspect (90 deg, harsh) to Neptune intensifies, drawing closer to partile. Jupiter is the principle of expansion. Appling to Neptune in a harsh aspect is symbolic of the suffering of displaced populations (large groups), and of victims of natural disasters or political threats and violence, resulting in increased homelessness. As Neptune is evident on multiple levels, and Jupiter is inclusive of various actions -including legislation (9th house placement) – the issues are brought forward for resolution. Neptune represents dissolution of entities, even of psychological or political concepts. There is increased likelihood of legislative attempts at removing threats to humanitarian services. Jupiter is the focal point of the MarsNeptune approaching opposition aspect (180 deg, tense) while Mars square aspect to Jupiter is partile today and tomorrow. Action needs to be taken to save lives and ensure the safety of the victims of disaster.

Thursday September 12th – The Moon ingress to Pisces early today, as a focus on desultory problems plague the parliamentary process. The need for healing measures attracts solutions from private donors as empathy and encourages support. The Moon forms a sextile aspect (60 deg, helpful) to Uranus in Taurus, as funds for the displaced populations are produced. Another sextile aspect to Saturn in Capricorn follows, perhaps to organize efforts, or place limits on recipients. The Moon makes the opposition aspect (180 deg, tense) to Mars overnight, while in a square aspect (90 deg, harsh) to Jupiter in Sagittarius as the Tsquare is reinvigorated by the lunar transit (see the notes for Wednesday). The Sun in Vigo is in a trine aspect (120 deg, flowing) to Pluto in Cap. While the aspect is flowing, the effect could be a reversal of actions of life-changing consequences (rejecting asylum requests, for example).  Standards are applied, as the candidates take to the debate stage in a highly charged atmosphere. Mercury applies to the conjunction with Venus in Virgo, as working agreements, perhaps partnerships are formed.

Friday September 13th – The Moon is in a conjunction aspect (0 deg, combining) with Neptune early today, and the T-square configuration of the last few days is intensified. Aid is mobilized. Decisions are clarified. Sun trine aspect (120 deg, flowing) to Pluto as details of proposed actions are revealed. Universal policies to address humanitarian issues are revealed, new alliances are formed with VenusMercury conjunction aspect.

Full Moon
September 14, 2019

Saturday September 14th – The Full Moon aspect today illuminates the struggles and the successes of the lunar cycle.  The emphasis of the T-square configuration (discussed in earlier notes), as Mars is in an opposition aspect (180 deg, tense) to Neptune, creating more dynamics for the success of the Jupiter humanitarian relief and legislative actions. There are no planets in air signs in this Full Moon chart, leaving the practical measures taken by political parties and interest groups, also humanitarian organizations, the predominant over-arching reality crafting the achievements of the cycle. We can reach a measure of satisfaction with the success of efforts to reduce problematic circumstances.

Sunday September 15thMercury and Venus ingress to Libra, a conjunction aspect with the Super Galactic Center (google for the details) as concerns for the economy and the environment rebound with the opposition aspect (180 deg, tense) to the Moon and Chiron, as the Moon ingress to Aries happened overnight, adding air sign planets to the day’s stellographic arrangement. The T-square configuration of Mars’ opposition aspect to Neptune with Jupiter in Sadge as the monitoring focal point is still in effect today. The Moon draws out the prospect of balance and equality from the super charged Venus and Mercury, then conjunction aspect (0 deg, combining) with Chiron in Aries determining the usable points for advancement and application. The Moon trine aspect (120 deg, flowing) to Ceres empowers a wider acceptance for implementation.

Monday September 16th – The eastern hemisphere could be responding to the lunar transits overnight. The Moon in Aries is trine aspect (120 deg, easy) to Jupiter in Sag, also quincunx aspect (150 deg, complex) to Mars in Virgo indicating the possibility of acceptance by the insurgent organizations of a settlement to bring a cessation to the violent demonstrations in Hong Kong, with the Moon in a square aspect (90 deg, harsh) to Pluto, pressure is applied to return to negotiations. The Moon in Aries forms a quincunx aspect to the Sun in Virgo, as we are looking for creative solutions to deal with social issues.

Tuesday September 17th – The Moon in Taurus today as we are focused on security and economic issues for elected officials and candidates for office. Finding solutions to personal matters gains in importance. The Moon forms a quincunx aspect (150 deg, complex) to Mercury in Libra, as well as a conjunction aspect (0 deg, combining) to Uranus retro in Taurus. Concerns about the decline in the economy, in the stock market or value of currencies, could promote adjustment of rates or regulations. With Chiron in an opposition aspect (180 deg, polarizing) to Venus in Libra, more inner truth is applied in relationship matters. Questions of equal pay and equal benefit could be discussed.
