Overview
The air and earth emphasis and with possible grand trine configurations forming this week, clean-up and repair issues are in the forefront as we race toward the autumnal equinox. Mars tine Pluto is separating, thus weaker in influence, as we are tested to “build back better.“ Pluto in Capricorn retro, disposed of by Saturn in Aquarius retro could demand perfection and also be rather stingy. The powerful entities governing large masses of people, in the process of a reset, and re-distribution of resources. It is a struggle of practical verses idealistic measures that adhere to like-minded group pressures. Neptune in Pisces is the only planet in a water sign until the Moon ingress to Scorpio on Friday, September 10th. Venus in ingress to Scorpio on Saturday could tempt us to indulge. The Moon in Sagittarius on Sunday and Monday could indicate legislative victories with the sextile aspect from the Moon to Mercury also sextile to the midpoint of Saturn and Jupiter in Aquarius. Compromises can be reached. Mars ingress to Libra on Tuesday and the Sun trine aspect to Pluto also indicate accommodation and compromise.
Summary of Major Aspects of the Week
Wednesday September 8th — The Moon in Libra is trine aspect to Saturn in Aquarius, by mid-day in the US, evening in the eastern hemisphere, sees justification in upsetting proposals for the sake of disunity. However, as Mars’ trine aspect to Pluto and quincunx aspect to Jupiter wane, less power to push an alternative version remains. The Moon transit of Mercury in Libra late in the day (overnight in the eastern hemisphere) indicates a changed position, with Uranus in a quincunx aspect to the Mercury–Moon transit, as more crises are incubating. A grand–trine configuration with Ceres in Gemini allows for a resolution in theory.
Thursday September 9th — The Moon is quincunx aspect to Neptune, a square aspect to Pluto and trine aspect to Jupiter, as new alliances are formed. Operating from a will to implement reform and proceed with repairs, the Sun and Mars in Virgo, disposed of by Mercury, push forward toward a necessary goal.
Friday September 10th — The Moon ingress to Scorpio followed by Venus in mid-day, add the emotional quality, injecting urgency with the alternative of despair. The Moon square aspect to Saturn could awaken animosity. Intense discourse can be expected. The Moon opposition aspect to Uranus retro in Taurus overnight occurs on Saturday morning in the eastern hemisphere nations, when the probability of aggressive actions increases. Explosive issues are touched off.
Saturday September 11th — With the anniversary of the worst terrorist attack on US soil, some unity can be expected, with the Moon in Scorpio sextile aspect to the Sun in Virgo. The Sun is approaching the opposition aspect to Neptune in Pisces, with grief that does not diminish with time. The Moon then progresses to the trine aspect to Neptune in Pisces later in the day. Shared grief in a unifying factor. The Moon in a square aspect to Jupiter in Aquarius follows with the ceremonies that evoke powerful feelings.
Sunday September 12th — The Moon ingress to Sadge early today, with a conjunction aspect to Rahu. Losses are felt strongly, those of current disasters or those that remain in emotional context. Radical impulses are generated. The Moon is a singleton in fire, with only Chiron in Aries to add to the justification for radical speech or actions. The Moon in a sextile aspect to Saturn in Aquarius, could limit the extent of radical actions, although group responses could also be unified by the inflammatory speech.
