Overview

Following the New Moon, the lunar orb, that combines and protects, transits into Pisces for a conjunction with Jupiter. As a part of the stellium in Capricorn, Mars is then fortuitously sextile to Jupiter, energizing as high-level negotiations take place. We can all moderate precision and use it to advantage for personal, social and cultural success, moving toward the light. The Sun transits Saturn in Aquarius this weekend, with Saturn’s role of completion, steps are taken to secure the future.  The Moon transit of Neptune in Pisces can release the negativity as more evolutionary goals are met. The Moon in a square aspect to Mars in Cap on Saturday is aided with a conjunction aspect with Chiron. Listening to the inner voice, a 6^th sense, helps to overcome health problems, as Mercury turns direct motion. Mars trine aspect to Uranus in Taurus to start the new week with heightened energy, as the Moon ingress to Taurus for renewed determination. A crisis that is building, erupts as the Moon transits Uranus on Tuesday prior to the square aspect to the Sun on Wednesday, the first quarter Moon phase.

Summary of Major Aspect of the Week

Wednesday February 2^nd — The Moon ingress to Pisces in the early morning US time zones, afternoon hours in Europe, the Middle-East, and all points eastward. The lunar transit of Jupiter later in the day, assists for a few relaxing hours. Mercury retro slows to its station in Capricorn, intensifying the importance of negotiations in this pivotal week, with the Capricorn stellium. Spiritual enrichment and healing are priorities now. Mars in Capricorn and a sextile aspect to Jupiter, offers professional treatments. Pluto trine aspect to Rahu may be significant at this time, as the strength of the contact seems to add power to Pluto pushing into a new era of universal importance, and hopefully of universal cooperation, galvanized by global health and environmental concerns. 

Thursday February 3^rd — The Moon sextile aspect to Uranus in Taurus and to Venus in Cap, combines the two in a trine aspect in earth signs. A plea is made to consider the universal priorities of health and environment.  At this point, provoking an adversary is a universal detriment. Mars in Cap and sextile aspect to Jupiter invigorates appeals for universal aid and cooperation, as the nations must now work together. The Moon in a conjunction aspect with Neptune in Pisces helps to dissolve concerns of conflicts, with universal considerations.  Mercury pivots to (apparent) direct transit, although still in its shadow, repeating its earlier transit.  The sextile aspects from the Moon to Mercury and Pluto overnight involve us in the integration and assimilation of concerns expressed.

Friday February 4^th — The Moon ingress to Aries with new hope expressed today. By mid-day in the USA the Moon in a harsh square aspect with its dispositor Mars in Capricorn, a space in time when a conflict may again arise. The Moon is also in a conjunction aspect with Chiron, mitigating the harsh influence of Mars, to quell aggressive instincts. The Sun is in a conjunction aspect with Saturn in Aquarius, as self-imposed limitations are binding in agreements. Uranus is the dispositor of the pair, indicating the innovative nature of the contracts. Curbing nationalistic goals of expansion opens borders for cooperation.

Saturday February 5^th — The Moon in Aries makes a square aspect to Venus in Capricorn, as critics weigh in, deflecting praise or disbelief. Mars in Cap is sextile aspect to Jupiter in Pisces, an indication that efforts to integrate new agreements are successful. The Moon transits to the sextile aspect with the Saturn and the Sun in Aquarius, helping to implement agreed policies.

Sunday February 6^th — The Moon in the 3^rd decan of Aries is square aspect to the midpoint of Mercury and Pluto in Capricorn, opening discussions and controversies.  Parsing a deal may be effective now.  The midpoint of Mars and Venus in Cap is trine aspect to Uranus in Taurus, as innovative measures prove effective. The Moon ingress to Taurus late in the day, as calm returns.

Monday February 7^th — The Moon in Taurus makes a sextile aspect to Jupiter in Pisces with practical measures for implementation of an expanded social safety-net, that encompasses the homeless, forgiving debts, and providing for safe housing. The Moon in a conjunction aspect to Uranus follows, enhancing the trine aspect to the midpoint of Mars and Venus in Cap, binging together partners for peace and prosperity.

Tuesday February 9^th — Mars in Capricorn forms a perfected trine aspect with Uranus in Taurus, encompassing all other planets in the bowl formation as the 1^st quarter Moon approaches. The Moon transcends the conjunction aspect with Uranus, to begin its journey to the full Moon aspect on February 16^th. The square aspect to the Sun [ref. above image] brings a crisis in development of the new arrangements, as we all seek to adjust to changes in our life-styles and habitual practices. The Moon in trine aspects to Mercury and Pluto in Capricorn, as grass root movements are featured in honor of a successful campaign.
