This week, as the Sun moved from Virgo into Libra, the Fall Equinox, there is a shift in the balance of power. The exposure of a pedophile operation run for and by wealthy men, strikes to the heart of the gender equality women’s movement, and exposes an extreme form of male energy run amuck. This is a strong hint to adjust role models and archetypal features that abound in the subconscious. It is, in the end, a healing process that must be undertaken to advance the level of human consciousness. All must examine him or herself to pursue a global awakening. Repair work must be done to achieve greater unity. As the Moon is our source of healing, her contacts this week to Neptune, Venus, Mercury and Jupiter as well as to Saturn and Pluto offer significant opportunities to reform for the benefit of all. The issue of a sustainable future also requires balance of the ecosystem, a goal we must pursue for the sake of future generations, if not our own security.
Summary of Major Aspects of the Week
Wednesday September 25th – The Moon in Leo is in a quincunx aspect (150 deg, complex) to Saturn in Capricorn and then to Neptune in Pisces. Saturn in a conjunction aspect (0 deg, combining) to Ketu (the south lunar node) is an aspect of a deteriorating situation, although reflective on the past. Past “Karmic” deeds come to the surface, as the stability of power is undermined. There is a release of energy associated with this aspect as individual status may be reduced. Social reform reminds us that human civilization is evolved through acceptance of standards of behavior that must be internalized. The Moon trine aspect (120 deg, flowing) to Jupiter early in the day magnifies feeling of altruistic love that transcends the physical desire nature. The Sun is in an opposition aspect (180 deg, tense) to Chiron retrograde in Aries, as the conscious mind seeks to balance inner wisdom with personal identity. Who we are gets a reassessment as values are shaken again.
Thursday September 26th – The Moon in Virgo ingress early in the day, as repair work still to be done brings us again to the basic problems. The trine aspect with Uranus later in the day creates urgency. The Sun in the opposition aspect (180 deg, tense) to Chiron creates doubt, as the past experiences caution a more measured response. Mercury in a square aspect (90 deg, sharp) to Pluto demands information. The waning Moon is in the Balsamic phase, as the cycle nears completion, the seeds of a new awakening, a new soli-lunar cycle that begins on the 28th of September, are formulated. The Moon in a trine aspect (120 deg, easy) to Saturn in Cap collects power.
Friday September 27th – The Moon is in an opposition aspect (180 deg, tense) to Neptune, where little leverage is possible. Yet, with Jupiter in Sadge at the apex of the T-square configuration, and Jupiter powerful in his own sign, efforts to absolve or overcome the impasse continue. Retreat is not possible now. The facts and suspicions are on the table. The Sun in Libra is in a quincunx aspect (150 deg, complex) to Uranus in Taurus, as explosive issues could be touched off. Venus in Libra is quincunx to Neptune in Pisces, as defenses erode. The ability to maintain a balance (Libra) is threatened. The Moon trine aspect (120 deg, easy) to Pluto in Cap, awakens a powerful response.

September 28, 2019
Saturday September 28th – With the New Moon in Libra today, and a stellium in Libra, harmony is desired. Uranus in Taurus is closely quincunx (150 deg, complex) the New Moon degree, threatening disruption. Venus in Libra is sextile aspect (60 deg, helpful) to Jupiter in Sadge, both Venus and Jupiter in their respective domiciles, in this friendly relationship seek to maintain peace. It is also noteworthy that DJT’s natal chart has Jupiter at 17 deg Libra, while V. Putin has his natal Saturn at that same degree in Libra. Transiting Venus is quincunx aspect to transiting Neptune in Pisces. Peace is vital for the continuity of deception. Saturn conjunction to Ketu in Cap indicates an intense focus on a problem in a narrow sense that could be an obsession. A rigidity of form and disciple could result. A hyper-focus on problems of authority results. The need to look at the larger picture could be a strategy now to avoid the obsessive nature of this problem area. The Moon transits to the square aspect (90 deg, harsh) to Saturn, indicating the efforts to resolve a persistent problem. Refocusing to other areas reduces the obsessive nature of the issue.
Sunday September 29th – The Moon transits to a conjunction aspect (0 deg, combining) with Venus in Libra and sextile aspect (60 deg, friendly) to Jupiter in Sadge. With a high priority for a diplomatic solution to issues of authority, threats are diminished, as Saturn transcends Ketu in Cap. The Moon moves on to a square aspect (90 deg, harsh) to Pluto as challenges to authoritarian power are regenerated. The Moon is in a conjunction aspect with Mercury before moving into Scorpio before the end of the day. While diplomacy is contrary to disruption, peaceful demonstrations on a large scare continue as the planets in Libra are square aspect to Saturn and Pluto in Capricorn.
Monday September 30th – The Moon in Scorpio is quincunx aspect (150 deg, complex) to Chiron with a deeper reflection on issues of environment as the Moon’s opposition aspect (180 deg, tense) to Uranus in Taurus follows. Venus in Libra with a square aspect (90 deg, harsh) to Pluto in Capricorn, tests the patience of diplomacy. Immediate aid to countries affected by natural disasters becomes necessary.
Tuesday October 1st – The Moon in Scorpio is in a trine aspect (120 deg, flowing) to Neptune in Pisces, as a greater assessment of shared resources allows for more assistance to those who are suffering. The Moon sextile aspect (60 deg, helpful) to Pluto in Capricorn requires more nuanced approach to powerful figures. A lack of sympathy is challenged with Neptune in Pisces sextile to Saturn.
Wednesday October 2nd – The Moon ingress to Sagittarius with a trine aspect (120 deg, flowing) to Chiron retro in Aries. The overnight sextile aspect (60 deg, helpful) to Mars from the Moon at the 28th degree of Scorpio initiates a sense of urgency, possibly a change in direction or strategy, while Mercury at the 28th degree of Libra offers advice through a diplomatic mode. The Moon in a sextile aspect to the Sun late in the day brings a hopeful reflection on the issues with the Moon in a conjunction aspect (0 deg, combining) to Ceres.
