Mars ingress to Scorpio on Thursday trine aspect to Saturn, a sign of calculated actions to attain results. The Moon trine aspect to Uranus in Taurus and opposition aspect to Neptune in Pisces indicates devastating responses. Sun in Libra opposition aspect to Chiron in Aries indicates astute leadership actions. New Moon eclipse on Saturday 17:56 UT.  Mars in Scorpio trine to Saturn for precision initiatives, carried out clandestine. Wednesday October 11^th — The Moon in Virgo makes a favorable trine aspect to Jupiter retro in Taurus, indicating generous financial subsidies. Mercury in Libra approaches the quincunx aspect to Jupiter retro indicating disputes regarding financial arrangements. Venus in Virgo and Mercury are in mutual reception, allowing for benefits to be allocated despite objections. The Sun in Libra is in opposition aspect to Chiron in Aries, with power to overcome objections, wisdom of action prevails. Mars ingress to Scorpio late in the day (overnight US time zones) as aggressive retaliation is focused.

Thursday October 12^th — The Moon in Virgo is trine aspect to Uranus retro in Taurus early today, and trine aspect to Pluto in Capricorn just a few hours later. A grand- trine configuration in effect for part of the day, as materials flow more easily for major accomplishments. The Moon in an opposition aspect to Neptune retro in Pisces details conditions for release of hostages, and for migrant assimilation. Mars in Scorpio trine aspect to Saturn retro in Pisces may limit actions to a humanitarian focus. The Moon ingress to Libra (00:23 UT) quincunx aspect to Saturn and semi–sextile aspect to Mars indicates that delicate negotiations take place.

Friday October 13^th — Sun, Mercury, and Moon in Libra are disposed of by Venus in Virgo, with Venus in mutual reception with Mercury. Humanitarian issues are prominent in the quest for cessation of violence. The Moon makes a quincunx aspect to Jupiter retro in Taurus, weighing relative values for action. The safe return of hostages promotes negotiations as the Moon transits to the conjunction aspect with Mercury.

Saturday October 14^th — The New Moon in Libra is also an eclipse [see chart insert], giving a transformative power to the day’s activities. Mercury in Libra makes an opposition aspect to Chiron in Aries. Wise advice may be accepted or rejected. Chiron is disposed of by Mars in Scorpio, indicating a vested interest in the advice given. The New Moon is partile conjunction aspect to Sun morning hours in the US, afternoon hours in Europe and the ME. A reversal on the scales of justice takes place. Emergency government replaces existing ministerial positions. The violent attacks eliminate humanitarian efforts to ease the plight of Palestinians in Gaza. The clock is set back far for finding peaceful solutions. The Sun in Libra is quincunx aspect to Uranus retro in Taurus.

Sunday October 15^th — The Moon ingress to Scorpio (11:05 UT), trine aspect to Saturn retro in Pisces, and makes a conjunction aspect with Mars in Scorpio. Precision actions continue with the aim of avoiding civilian casualties. The Moon sextile aspect to Venus in Virgo, seeks to open negotiations, as Mercury in Libra transcends the opposition aspect to Chiron retro in Aries. The Sun in Libra approaches the quincunx aspect to Uranus retro in Taurus. Difficult decisions on the allocation of resources are necessary.

Monday October 16^th — The Moon in Scorpio makes the opposition aspect to Jupiter retro in Taurus early today, depending out ever diminishing resources. The Moon in a quincunx aspect to Chiron retro in Aries seeks justification for gain. The Moon makes an opposition aspect to Uranus retro, later in the day in the US, early morning on Tuesday in Europe and the ME.  This hints at a reversal of fortune, with Mercury in Libra quincunx aspect to Uranus.

Tuesday October 17^th — The Moon in Scorpio makes a trine aspect to Neptune retro in Pisces, then a sextile aspect to Pluto in Capricorn. Progress in negotiations is possible now. The Moon ingress to Sagittarius (19:37 UT) square aspect to Saturn in Pisces and the Sun approaches the conjunction aspect with Ketu in Libra, this aspect may reduce the importance of personal gain.
