Mutable Signs of Major Transition — November 30 — December 7 2022

Overview

The Moon in Pisces joins the slow-moving planets Neptune and Jupiter in the mutable-water sign.  With the Sun, Venus, and Mercury in the mutable-fire sign of Sagittarius, Mars in the mutable air sign Gemini, and Ceres in the mutable-earth sign Virgo, there is a lot of flexibility in transitions. Uranus and Saturn are in fixed signs, while Pluto and Chiron are in the cardinal sign Capricorn. Pluto has a universal impact through the cardinal – earth sign, while Chiron retro in Aries may tend to reflexive inner healing. The universal transition that is evolving with Neptune and Jupiter preparing to transition the Aries point, is triggered by the Moon this week, with Neptune changing to a direct motion.  A major transition in worldwide social contracts is in process. During the year from March 2023 to January 2024, Pluto is transitioning from Capricorn into Aquarius. As protests rage against authoritarian regimes, the transitional process is undeniably in evidence.

Sagittarius New Moon Coalition — November 23-30 2022

Overview

The New Moon is in the early degree of Sagittarius on Wednesday, signifying a renewal of political alliances, the theme of the next four weeks. With the mid-term elections out of the way, political factions are turning to the drawing board to develop a plan to combat the opposition. In doing so, they will need to dig deeply into policy, and maybe find they must self-transform. To be viable for the next election cycle, it is necessary to confront the issues of the day. Adding an extra modifier to slogans for 2020 will not fit the bill. Jupiter in Pisces is the dispositor of the Sun, Moon, Mercury, and Venus in Sagittarius. Jupiter changes direction direct motion phase, ready to leave Pisces on December 22nd.  For now, creating an agenda appears to bounce off old ideas and policies, targeting political enemies to justify reforms. Mars trine aspect to Saturn communicates boundary issues. Mars makes square aspect to both Neptune in Pisces and Ceres in Virgo for a T-square. On Monday, another T-square is formed with Mars and Mercury opposition aspect square aspect to Saturn.

Mars retro in Gemini approaches the trine aspect to Saturn in Aquarius, a long-term aspect, within orb until early December. Limitations help to focus goals. Seismic Changes Reform the Future — November 9-16 2022

Overview

Chiron, the centaur semi-asteroid, is the only sphere operating in a fire sign until the Moon ingress Leo on Monday.  As a singleton in fire, this minor planet, has a heightened importance. Dubbed the “wounded healer”, Chiron in Aries initiates action. If we listen to the inner voice of wisdom, we can learn to heal wounds; righting wrongs becomes the mission. The Moon in Cancer this weekend forms grand-trine configurations with the planets in Scorpio and Pisces. Water is the element of transformation. Healing, regeneration, and renewal take place in water signs. The Centaur initiates a change in focus, as we are drawn to inner strength to heal the wounds we find impeding our progress. Only on Monday, with the Moon ingress to Leo, does the fire element reemerge to search for heroes and direction for the coming months. Care should be taken that the return is well founded and just.
