The predominance of planets in earth signs continues, with the Moon in Taurus and a potential grand-trine in earth to begin this Wednesday report. The Moon is trine to Saturn and later to Pluto and Mars as practical maneuvers are made. There is potential for compensatory actions to remedy situations that are contrary to growth. Saturn in Capricorn turns direct motion on the 18th, as major stumbling blocks appear to be resolved. The chart of the Fall Equinox on Sep 22-3 with the Moon in Cancer pivots a T-square with Mercury in Libra as the focal pt. and Saturn in opposition to the Moon. Saturn will move briefly into the next sign, Aquarius in March – June 2020 paving the way for a revelatory process of vetting governing politicos. Transiting Saturn will be in a conjunction aspect with Pluto of the USA natal chart (July 4, 1776) in Feb 2020, identifying potential battles with a focus on constitutional issues. Reevaluation of interpretations of the 2nd Amendment rights, especially the gun control controversy is likely in the coming year. As Saturn transits the final degrees of Capricorn, preparations for the Pluto return of the US with applications to the present century will become more forceful.
Summary of Major Aspects of the Week
Wednesday September 18th – The Moon in Taurus is in a trine aspect (120 deg, flowing) to Saturn in Capricorn early in the day. There is a desire for stability (Saturn) and continuity of governmental institutions (Capricorn). The Moon forms a quincunx aspect to Jupiter and a sextile aspect (60 deg, friendly) to Neptune in a test for political popularity. Mars in Virgo is trine aspect to Pluto as the Moon moves into a trine aspect with Pluto as well. This more aggressive configuration energies are resolved in a gentle way, but could upset the status quo. Pluto retro favors a reversal of power. The Grand-trine formation with Pluto trine to Mars in Virgo and Moon in Taurus shows a potential for a sea change. A new political consensus is generated.
Thursday September 19th – The Moon in a trine aspect (120 deg, easy) to the Sun in Virgo is an indication of clarification of outcome. A strong stance (Mars trine to Pluto) on the part of segments of the population that favors a reversal of a trend could be a decisive factor. Minority groups (Mars in Virgo) could drive a changed consesus. Venus, strong in her own sign Libra, is in a quincunx aspect (150 deg, complex) to Uranus. Venus is also the dispositor of Uranus in Taurus, as the voice of the populace is heard, and the message could be mixed, indicating a problematic situation. The Moon transits to ingress Gemini later in the day, sextile aspect (60 deg, friendly) to Chiron in Aries and trine to Venus in Libra. Representatives speak for the interest groups.
Friday September 20th – Mars trine aspect (120 deg, easy) to Pluto for strengthening of a collective contract, while Jupiter square aspect to Neptune increases pressure to dissolve and transform through a legislative process. The Moon in Gemini is trine aspect to Venus and then to Mercury in Libra as the agreements are made and announced. Late in the day, the Moon forms an opposition aspect (180 deg, tense) to Jupiter in Sag, and a square aspect (90 deg, harsh) to Neptune in Pisces, forming a T-square configuration, a coalition of nebulous groups with a common will. Saturn in a conjunction aspect (0 deg, combining) with the lunar node Ketu is a de-stabilizing force of standards or status quo government. This is another indication that heads of states may face dismissal in the future, as stability is eroded.

September 22, 2019
Saturday September 21st– The Moon in Gemini makes a square aspect (90 deg, harsh) to Mars in Virgo, as arguments are likely to arise even between friends and co-workers. The third quarter Moon phase brings a crisis to the fore late in the day. Mercury in Libra forms a square aspect to Saturn in Capricorn with harsh judgments. Jupiter in Sagittarius with a tightening square aspect to Neptune retro in Pisces, adds pressure as underlying differences become magnified. There is an increased chance of emotional upsets at this crisis stage in the soli-lunar cycle. Care should be taken to guard against conflicts erupting into violence, or accidental harm to self or others. The crisis erupts overnight in some locations or early morning elsewhere.

September 22-3 2019
Sunday September 22nd – The Moon ingress
to Cancer early in the day, with a sextile aspect (60 deg,
helpful) to Uranus in Taurus. An understanding is reached that is
satisfactory for the present time. The square aspect (90 deg,
harsh) from the Moon to Venus in Libra follows as a more
balanced interpretation is confirmed. This may require some sacrifice of
desired objectives. Jupiter transcends the square aspect
to Neptune, so it will gradually decrease in strength, and could
indicate that the desire to settle disagreements also increases. There is more
interpersonal understanding, such that acceptance of measures that include
other points of view seem agreeable. The Fall equinox is reached past midnight
in the western hemisphere.
Monday September 23rd – The Moon in Cancer is in
an opposition aspect (180 deg, tense) to Saturn in Capricorn
at the equinox and in a square aspect (90 deg harsh) to Mercury
in Libra. Mercury is also
in a square aspect to Saturn and at the apex of the T-square
formation. Logic is the key to a
peaceful resolution. Parental issues may be resolved through impartial counseling.
As the Moon is in a quincunx
aspect to Ceres and Jupiter. There is a possibility of creative
solutions for including the rights of children in any comprehensive agreement.
The Jupiter–Neptune square aspect is resolved with
a universal acceptance necessary for political correctness.
Tuesday September 24th – At the Moon ingress to Leo early today, it is sextile aspect (60 deg, helpful) to the Sun in Libra and trine aspect (120 deg, flowing) to Chiron in Aries. Initial responses to announced agreements are jubilant. We then hit a snag as the Moon is in a square aspect to Uranus in Taurus, as more intensive work is needed to seal the contract. While honest efforts are made in this regard (Moon sextile to Venus), the final results must wait for another day.
