Saturn retro quincunx aspect to Mars in Libra, doubly approaching (with an orb of 1 deg and 12’) with an intense challenge to restrictive or even false statements. Ceres in Libra makes an intense quincunx aspect to Uranus retro in Taurus, as a legislation of equal rights is at odds with economic growth.
