On Sunday, the Moon in Scorpio makes an opposition aspect to Jupiter retro in Taurus. The inflated valuation of property is an issue that could impact future values. The dramatic day of the New Moon in Scorpio this Sunday (the conjunction of the luminaries actually takes place close to midnight US time zones) has Mars and Ceres conjunction in Scorpio opposition aspect to the Sun for the May 14, 1948 founding of Isarel. The young warriors in the battle are fighting for the future of their country. Many lives are sacrificed. There could be a settlement in the following days.

Wednesday November 8^th — Today is Venus’ ingress to Libra with a quincunx aspect to Saturn in Pisces. New voices plead for peace. Mars in Scorpio doubly approaches the opposition aspect to Uranus retro in Taurus, as conflicts intensify. Mercury is in an approaching sextile aspect to Pluto in Capricorn. Rationales for continuing military actions or power positions are expressed. Ceres in Scorpio is in a doubly separating from the opposition aspect with Uranus, and in an approaching conjunction aspect with Mars. The younger generation tends to disengage from the conflicts. The Moon in Virgo is trine aspect to Uranus retro in Taurus, and then makes an opposition aspect to Neptune retro in Pisces, and sextile aspect to Mercury. Practical matters (Moon in Taurus) are implemented with extreme caution, reversing some of the previous measures (Uranus retro in Taurus). When compassionate ideals are considered, a more cooperative advance is made. The Sun in Scorpio makes a quincunx aspect to Chiron in Aries, suggesting a revision of plans.

Thursday November 9^th — The Moon ingress to Libra at 08:09 UTC makes a conjunction aspect with Venus, the ruler of Libra. All peace proposals are on the table. The pair Moon and Venus are quincunx aspect to Saturn in Pisces, challenging status with a universal appeal. The Sun in Scorpio separating quincunx aspect to Chiron in Aries, and approaching conjunction aspect with Mars, for goals reaffirmed. Later in the day, the Moon in a quincunx aspect to Jupiter retro in Taurus, as more conditions are made for the release of hostages.  Mercury in Scorpio is sextile aspect to Pluto retro in Capricorn, then makes the ingress to Sagittarius late in the day (morning hours on Friday in the ME), and square aspect to Saturn in Pisces. Pressure is applied diplomatically to help bring about a release of Israeli citizens held hostage.

Friday November 10^th — The Moon in Libra makes the opposition aspect to Chiron in Aries, as personal strength is encouraged by a sign of life, or other indication that a settlement is near. Mercury in Sagittarius makes a square aspect to Saturn in Pisces, as demands are made for humanitarian relief. The Moon quincunx aspect to Uranus retro in Taurus and then conjunction aspect with Ketu (South Lunar Node) could indicate an unexpected release, or the anticipation of a release with the Moon quincunx to Neptune retro in Pisces. 

Saturday November 11^th — The Moon in Libra makes a square aspect to Pluto in Capricorn then ingress to Scorpio (18:40 UTC; 13:40 EST).  In Scorpio, the Moon is disposed of by Pluto. A fateful day is indicated, as the Moon is trine aspect to Saturn in Pisces. The fraud trial against DJT could reach a decisive moment. Successful limitations are placed on opponents. The Moon in its balsamic stage, approaching the New Moon, the seed phase of the coming cycle, as the future conditions move into place for the New Moon. The outer retrograde planets are in a group opposite to the luminaries and personal planets. Mars in Scorpio is in an opposition aspect to Uranus retro in Taurus, indicating a fierce battle with destruction of property and/or financial resources.

Sunday November 12^th — The New Moon phase precedes the partile conjunction aspect of Sun and Moon overnight (early morning on Monday in the ME), as the dissolution of the old cycle is well underway. Mars supersedes the opposition aspect to Uranus, now a doubly separating aspect. We may have reached the apex of wars and war-like behavior. The Moon in Scorpio in opposition aspect to Jupiter retro in Taurus early today, draws out the rational, the valuation and the over-valuation of property. Jupiter in Taurus is disposed of by Venus, while Jupiter rules Sagittarius. Mercury in Sagittarius approaches the sextile aspect to Venus, and this aspect will continue in the coming days, as political and legal issues are intertwined.  A philosophical attitude to property ownership, as a measure of self-worth, is itself overly inflated. A desire for personal gain through property valuation is exposed in legal problems that the former US president has encountered. The Sun in Scorpio approaches the conjunction aspect with Mars and opposition aspect to Uranus retro in Taurus.

New Moon in Scorpio
November 13, 2023

Monday November 13^th — The New Moon at 03:28 EST; 00:28 PST; 1:28 EET concentrates the opposition aspects from Scorpio to Uranus retro in Taurus [see chart image].  Mars/Uranus aspects have the potential for violent repercussions, although connected to the luminaries in the fixed power sign of Scorpio, internalizing the conflict on a global, or universal level, involves a level of universal agreement. The Moon transits to the conjunction aspects with Mars and Ceres in Scorpio, and sextile aspect with Pluto. The internalizing of the powers and motives (Mars) of the actors involved is basic to a peaceful resolution, in the least, a cessation of violence. Mercury in Sagittarius approaches the sextile aspect with Venus in Libra, as the balance of legal and political interests is analyzed. The Sun reaches partile opposition aspect to Uranus retro, as the Moon makes a trine aspect to Neptune in Pisces, as judgement seems to favor the underdog, in this caase, the powerless majority.

Tuesday November 14^th — The Moon ingress to Sagittarius 02:24 UTC and makes a square aspect to Saturn in Pisces. By 9 AM EST; 4 PM EET, the Moon makes a partile conjunction aspect with Mercury in Sagittarius, and the pair is then partile sextile aspect to Venus in Libra.  A settlement will be discussed. The Sun in Scorpio in a separating opposition aspect to Uranus retro in Taurus, and an approaching conjunction aspect to Mars. By disengaging from a conflict, an understanding of motives could be made.  Mars is approaching the trine aspect to Neptune retro in Pisces, indicating a possible release of benefits or a payment for damages as the result of a court decision.
