Last week I warned about political a crisis, that became explosive this week. A Moral Crisis Brings Conflicting Results The Moon is in Aries as the week begins, opposing Mars in Libra. The Moon is transiting D. Trump’s 8th House in his natal chart, as Mars transits natal Neptune in his 2nd House. I suspect some of his secret contracts could be revealed this week. He is vulnerable to a fall. This will definitely stir up controversy. Saturn trine aspect to Uranus retrograde is in effect for the next two weeks. Saturn opposes (180 deg, challenging) Trump’s natal Sun in Gemini while Uranus is transiting his 9th House which could signify legal actions. International dealings could be the subject here. On the 2nd and 3rd of November, the Moon transits Uranus in a conflicting square aspect to Donald’s natal Saturn and Venus in Cancer. This is as good as the Saturn conjunct his natal Moon in bringing out past cronyisms or suspicious deal-making. The Full Moon in Taurus the night of the 3rd relates to the outcome of full view of the matters. As Trump’s natal Pluto in his natal 12th house, his most hidden power centers could be exposed. This week we become adjusted to a new political reality.
Summary of major aspects of the week:
Wednesday November 1st – The Moon in Aries opposing its natural ruler Mars in Libra will not be able to withhold expressions of anger. This could lead to a worsening of relationships. Self-interest is strong today even with Chiron square (90 deg, harsh aspect) to Saturn the wounded victim has the opportunity to expose (square aspect) the crime. It has not yet reached the conclusion, although Chiron retrograde is also trine (120 deg, easy) aspect to Mercury in Scorpio. We should know a lot more on Friday or Saturday, at the Full Moon.
Thursday November 2nd – The Moon in a square aspect (80 deg, conflict) to Pluto, then in opposition (180 deg, stressful) aspect to Venus as relationships and power are realigned. Venus approaches an opposition (180 deg) to Uranus retrograde in Aries, as divisions become clearer. The Sun is trine aspect (120 deg, easy) to Neptune in Pisces today and tomorrow. It becomes easier to sort the real from the illusionary. The real from the fake, as it were. Saturn is also trine aspect to Uranus, giving a sense of urgency to the reversals, the line that is currently drawn in the sand. Mercury quincunx aspect (150 deg, creative) to Uranus, representing the higher level of thought, shows the rapidly turning tide is real.
Friday November 3rd – The Moon enters Taurus today, forming an opposition aspect (180 deg, tense) to Jupiter in Scorpio. A reallocation of resources or settling of accounts is due. Venus in Libra (balance) opposes (180 deg, opposition aspect) Uranus in Aries (irrational) to release the withheld funds. Other funds, the subject of fraud, are to be extracted. Full disclosure is required during the late night Full Moon. Drug abuse as a national emergency requires the necessary resources to deal with the victims and the medical abusers, the drug companies and to provide for greater oversight and re-education of medical doctors is a national priority.
Saturday November 4th – The celestial arrangement can be inspiring or debilitating, as routine life is regenerated or upset beyond repair. The Moon is trine aspect (120 deg, easy) to Pluto early in the day, then transits to a quincunx aspect (150 deg, complex) to both Saturn in Sag and Venus in Libra, and opposing (180 deg, tense) Mercury in Scorpio. Saturn is a container and a limiting influence on the emotional and relationship psychodynamic energies. Jupiter in Scorpio, as important as this has been over the past few days, now is largely unaspected to other current planets. This may not be the case for individuals with the transiting aspect in their natal charts. They may find a more limited expression of Jupiter in life today. Understanding Jupiter’s influence in the sign of Scorpio gives an expansion of the meaning of the sign. We all need to integrate (Jupiter) the Scorpio properties better into our lives. We find here the role of intimate relationships, and the power and magical forces that help to regenerate, and transform them and the cultural concepts of relationships.
Sunday November 5th – As the Moon exits Taurus she opposes (180 deg, polarizing) Mercury at the final degree of Scorpio, as chance to review thoughts and deeds and to make things right again. In Gemini, the Moon feels free to associate and play. Light conversation is enjoyable, energy picks up as the day moves on with a trine aspect (120 deg, easy) to Mars in Libra. For some natives with Sun or other planets in Aquarius, a grand trine configuration ( three planets in one element in trine relationship to one another) brings an ease of relations, and positive changes may evolve. Mercury moves into Sagittarius later in the day, as we shift to a more gregarious mood.
Monday November 6th – We could feel tossed between two unhappy alternatives, with the Moon quincunx (150 deg aspect) the Sun in Scorpio and later quincunx Pluto in Capricorn. With Pluto the dispositor (ruler of the sign a planet is in) of the Sun, the issues are related; yet, in a mysterious way. As the Moon moves to oppose (180 deg aspect) Saturn, we get a clearer idea of the scope and limitations of the problem. With Chiron in Pisces at the focal point of this Saturn–Moon opposition, we may be forced to concede the issues and take a more conciliatory or modest stand.
Tuesday November 7th – Venus enters Scorpio today, with the Moon in Cancer this cycle the trine aspects are formed, just as we need the healing energy. The universality of the Moon is acceptance. We become more unified in the social need for healing (Venus in Scorpio) as a cultural unity. We can expand that sense of unity with the trine (130 deg, easy aspect) to Jupiter in Scorpio, and later in the day individuate with the trine to the Sun. Saturn trine Uranus continues to focus on the reversals of power that have turned the fate of the nation up-side-down, as the Moon moves into an opposition aspect (180 deg, polarized) with Pluto in Capricorn.
