Overview
With the Mars trine aspect to Pluto strengthening and reaches partile on Wednesday, the environmental disasters suffered by Americans in Texas, surrounding states and other points around the world, anger spills out at elected officials. Purges could be attempted now, as Pluto is significant for purge and Mars is goal directed. Harsh judgement follows, as the Saturn square aspect to Uranus in Taurus is still active, although waning in influence. The Full Moon on Saturday brings the scandal into the open. There may be multiple scandals. Venus ingress to Pisces on Thursday. The Moon in Leo transits in opposition aspect to Saturn, Mercury and Jupiter in Aquarius. On Sunday, the Moon in Virgo trine aspect to Mars in Taurus and Pluto in Capricorn for a grand-trine formation in earth signs. Environmental concerns predominate, such as the tragic snow storm in the USA and a giant oil spill by an unidentified passing ship off the coast of Israel. Late on Tuesday (Wednesday morning in the eastern hemisphere) the Moon ingress to Scorpio and opposition aspect to Uranus could produce revelations and responsibility with a T-square to Saturn in Capricorn.
Summary of Major Aspects of the Week
Wednesday February 24th — The Sun in Pisces with a Leo Moon, a gibbous Moon phase, as the possibilities of the lunar cycle, unfolding since the New Moon on February 11th start to be realized. Venus and Uranus were in mutual reception at the New Moon, upsetting plans, causing disturbances. Environmental disasters were waiting to happen, as storms in Texas and the subsequent tragic deaths are investigated. The dangers inherent with power outages and fuel supplies dwindling promote anger among the residents. Another disaster stuck with an oil spill leaving tar residues off Israel’s coast. The extent of the damage is only beginning to be realized. The Moon is in opposition aspect to Saturn while also in a square aspect to Uranus. Thus, a major configuration —the T-square, to address the environmental damage and the contingent cause of the lack of readiness for the disaster. The Sun in a sextile aspect to Uranus indicates efforts to adjust to the challenges that we are facing.
Thursday February 25th — The Moon in Leo transits to the opposition aspects to Mercury and Jupiter in Aquarius early today, combining the Mercury-Jupiter in an effective conjunction aspect. There is also a square aspect from the Moon to the mid-point of Uranus and Mars in Taurus, as budgets are impacted by legislation. A comprehensive relief bill may find passage and move forward to the Senate floor. Promises to fix and repair are taken with a mountain of cynicism. Venus ingress to Pisces today, as compassionate aid to the sufferers in distress is distributed.
Friday February 26th — Mars in Taurus trine aspect to Pluto in Capricorn, coinciding with the long-term influence of cooperative measures taken this week regarding financial matters affecting millions of citizens, and reaching a peak. This may be finalized at the full Moon aspect overnight in the US and morning hours in the eastern hemisphere. The Moon ingress to Virgo by mid-day. Saturn in Aquarius with the long-term square aspect to Uranus in Taurus is waning in influence, although continues to be a significant conflict that defies limitations. Climate change is indicated by the Uranus in Taurus as upsetting and a natural force.

Saturday February 27th — The Full Moon in Virgo today, shows achievement in practical matters that address the disastrous situations. Passage of legislation is likely, concerning the relief bill in Congress. A sextile aspect between Saturn in Aquarius and Chiron in Aries helps to work out details, and the quincunx aspects from Saturn and Chiron to the Moon complete the Yod formation. Venus in Pisces and semi-sextile to Ceres in Aries indicates a concern for the plight of the youth and future generations.
Sunday February 28th — The Moon in Virgo is in a trine aspect to Pluto and Mars in earth signs, and completes a grand-trine formation. The power to overcome the obstacles to progress, the repair of damages, and personal loss is granted. At the Full Moon, the Moon is in a trine aspect to Uranus, possibly reversing some of the harsh measures of Saturn in the waning square aspect to Uranus. The Moon quincunx aspects to Mercury and Jupiter in Aquarius later in the day, allow for necessary practical considerations. A semi-square aspect between Jupiter and Ceres, could appear to be a carrot offered followed by the stick, especially for women and youth.
Monday March 1st — The Moon ingress to Libra seeking balance and a measure of calm while forming quincunx aspects to Sun and Venus in Pisces on the one hand and Uranus in Taurus on the other side. Trine aspects to Mercury and Jupiter in Aquarius follow later in the day with a smooth implementation of projects resulting in increased satisfaction.
Tuesday March 2nd — The Moon in Libra makes a square aspect to Pluto in Capricorn, presenting obstacles that force maneuvering to achieve equality of distribution of vaccines. A trine aspect to Mars in Taurus a few hours later, could bring a replenished supply of necessary goods. Venus in Pisces makes a sextile aspect to Uranus in Taurus and increases universal compassion and acceptance in time of emergency. The Moon ingress to Scorpio is in an opposition aspect to Uranus overnight (morning hours in the eastern half of the globe.) Political opposition to government actions could turn to violent confrontations.
