Mercury Cazimi and the Equinox — September 21-29 2022

Overview

Queen Elizabeth II was laid to rest on Monday. While the power of the British monarchy has faded, the Queen brought a measure of unity and coherence to the world during her reign and in her ceremonial funeral with Mercury retro in Libra in opposition aspect to Jupiter in Aries.  At the funeral day and time, the Moon in Cancer (mother principle) was partile sextile to both Venus in Virgo and Uranus in Taurus. The Sun perfected the trine to Pluto on the same day, as the reign of Charles the III takes form. The Moon in Cancer on Monday was quincunx aspect to Saturn retro in Aquarius, as the Crown is formally and firmly passed, not the baton or the candle, but the crown, as one era closes, and another begins. (The Kah-i-Noor diamond, the special large diamond on the crown, is claimed by India. Will it be returned?).  Mercury retrograde in Libra doubly approaches the conjunction aspect to the Sun a combust aspect. Prior to the equinox on Thursday (early Friday morning in the eastern hemisphere), the Sun consumes the Mercury energy in its radiant heat and light. In its closest aspect to the Sun, Mercury is cazimi, becoming more powerful, imbued with the Sun’s center in the heart, as it were.  Communication is stilled, as the combust Mercury loses its identity, until this point of cazimi, when thought seem to be purified and released.  If words alone can make a difference, now is the time to speak. Mercury retro supersedes the Sun, re-ingress to Virgo, as the Moon ingress to Virgo on Friday. With Venus also in Virgo, reflecting on perfection of duty, and work as an art form. The Moon on Saturday makes a square aspect to Mars in Gemini and a trine aspect to Uranus retro in Taurus, followed by a quincunx aspect to Saturn retro in Aquarius, as world unity frays, with a lack of traditional leadership.   The Moon makes a triple conjunction with Venus and Mercury retro in Virgo, trine aspect to Pluto in Capricorn Sunday morning, a unifying force. The Moon ingress to Libra, as new agreements are forged, prior to the New Moon 21:56 UT. At the New Moon, the Sun and Moon are in a cluster with Mercury retro and Venus, opposition to the retrograde planets in the opposite hemisphere. Mars and Ceres maintain a direct motion, leading away from the retrograde planets, our guiding principles (may it be).

Summary of Major Aspects of the Week

Wednesday September 21st — The Moon in Leo makes a trine aspect to Jupiter retro in Aries in the early morning hours and makes a trine aspect to Chiron a few hours later. Later in the day (or morning on Thursday in the eastern hemisphere) the Moon is sextile aspect to Mars in Gemini and square aspect to Uranus in Taurus. A sense of power and nobility gives way to ambition and possible setbacks. The Sun transits to the final degree of Virgo, as urgent repair work becomes an obsession. Venus in Virgo doubly approaches the opposition aspect to Neptune in Pisces. Ceres in Leo is quincunx aspect to Pluto retro in Capricorn, a complex situation for environmental security is galvanized in consciousness.

The Equinox in the afternoon hours (US time zones), 1:05 UTC, [see above image] as the Stonehenge festival celebrants gather. At the hour of the equinox, the Moon in Leo perfects the conjunction aspect with Ceres, and Mercury retro in Libra perfects the conjunction aspect with the Sun and becomes cazimi. Messaging becomes clearer, environmental events signify the concerns for the season, perhaps for the decade. Venus perfects the opposition aspect to Neptune retro and Saturn retro square aspect to Uranus retro intensifies as the restraints on monetary activities are increased.

Friday September 23rd — The Moon ingress to Virgo as the Sun supersedes the conjunction with Mercury retro, as Mercury re-enters Virgo.  More deep repair work is needed with Venus partile opposition aspect to Neptune retro in Pisces. Neptune will not return to direct transit until December 4th. Alliances re-align as the Sun in Libra indicates new contracts and new partnerships. Venus is the dispositor of the Sun, and in Virgo, intensive work with Mercury retro and the Moon also in Virgo motivate introspection.

Saturday September 24th — The Moon in Virgo is square aspect to Mars in Gemini and trine aspect to Uranus retro in Taurus, as focused efforts lead to material advance. The Moon quincunx aspect to Chiron retro in Aries and then quincunx aspect to Saturn retro in Aquarius, a potential Yod formation helps to overcome obstacles to unity.  Venus in Virgo supersedes the opposition aspect to Neptune retro in Pisces and approaches the trine aspect to Pluto in Capricorn. Decay clears the way for regeneration.

New Moon Chart
September 25-26 2022

Sunday September 25th — The Moon in Virgo transits conjunction aspects to Venus and Mercury retro prior to the ingress of Libra, and the New Moon conjunction aspect with the Sun late in the day US time zones, early morning in the eastern hemisphere. The New Moon is opposition aspect to Jupiter retro in Aries, magnifying a greater sense of unified commitment. A new agenda proposal brings issues into the open. The planets are arranged with the outer retrograde bodies in one half of the zodiac with the personal planets and the New Moon in the opposing half [see above image].  Mars in Gemini doubly approaching a trine aspect to Saturn retro in Aquarius and Uranus retro square aspect to Saturn are long-term aspects that are intensifying. Saturn/Mars in a friendly trine aspect between so-called malefices, refines the more radical approaches of the Uranus/Saturn square aspect. Pressures are exerted with legal maneuvers, such as indictments.

Monday September 26th — The Sun in Libra opposition aspect to Jupiter retro in Aries reaches perfection, while the Moon progresses to the opposition aspect to Chiron in Aries, and then a grandtrine configuration with Mars in Gemini and Saturn retro in Aquarius (past midnight US time zones, early on Tuesday in Europe and points eastward.) The grandtrine in air signs signifies an easy flow of energy in the element of communication. A sense of unity develops with greater communication efforts. An easy and rapid flow of thought could give rise to new ways to overcome blocks in advances on all levels. Reaching out to friends and neighbors now results in better relationships. Venus supersedes the conjunction aspect with Mercury retro in Virgo and the trine aspect to Pluto retro in Capricorn, emphasizing a renewal of relations.

Tuesday September 27th — The Moon in Libra makes a quincunx aspect to Neptune in Pisces early today, as readjustments to the renewal are required. Mercury retro trine aspect to Pluto increases introspective reformation. The Sun in Libra is in a separating opposition aspect to Jupiter retro in Aries. New leadership roles develop slowly. Jupiter in Aries expands as it absorbs in the Aries field of courage. Jupiter returns to the sign of Pisces on October 29th for two months of receptivity, an indication of role reversal and renewal. The Moon transits to the square aspect to Pluto retro in Capricorn, a conflict of role leadership, while Mercury retro is trine aspect to Pluto, a rational procedural change can overcome the conflict. The Moon ingress to Scorpio late in the day. A quincunx aspect to Jupiter could be an impulse for a creative solution.

Wednesday September 28th — The Moon in Scorpio proceeds while Venus’ ingress to Libra, seeking friendly relationships. The Moon makes quincunx aspects to Chiron in Aries and Mars in Gemini, with a sense of accomplishment in a Yod formation, and a conjunction aspect with Ketu indicating old habits released. Mars in Gemini is partile trine aspect to Saturn retro in Aquarius, although beginning to separate, as reformed style is implemented. Saturn retro square aspect to Uranus retro in Taurus continues to strengthen, extinguishing irrational impulses.  The Moon makes an opposition aspect to Uranus retro late in the day, perhaps a sign of releasing anguished or suppressed victims/prisoners, and quincunx aspect to Mars along with the square aspect to Saturn. Reformed laws may provide relief.

Overview

With so much to repair this Virgo transit, in the final decant, more work needs to be done. On Saturday, the Sun reaches the opposition to Neptune facing the infinite and the unredeemable. Yet, we can find some satisfaction in knowing that if we keep on track, the tide will turn to honor our efforts. We can pull children out of poverty. We can push back an unjust invasion. We can also turn around unpopular policies. More work needs to be done to help families get their children on the right track. Education has declined during the pandemic. Violent crime is on the rise again. With the Sun opposition to Neptune, the Moon in Gemini makes a T-square on Saturday, as a need for objective balance is reiterated. Venus square Mars over the weekend is a helpful stressful aspect in terms of work on relationship issues. As we are facing a future world with more climate emergencies, increased global populations, and massive immigration, so getting our priorities right is essential. The future depends on it. On Monday, Mercury retro is in an opposition aspect to Jupiter retro, and the Moon in Cancer transits to the critical focal point in the Cardinal signs to assist in the transfer of power. All the outer planets are still in retrograde, as though needing assistance and a signpost that more repair work needs to be done.

Summary of Major Aspects of the Week

Wednesday September 14th — The Moon in Taurus makes a trine aspect to Venus in Virgo early, before dawn in the western continents, and a sextile aspect to Mars in Gemini denotes facilitation of practical matters such as details for purchases and financial transactions. In the afternoon hours, western hemisphere, close to midnight in the eastern, the Moon transits the conjunction aspect to Uranus in Taurus, and harsh square aspect to Saturn in Aquarius, followed by a congenial trine aspect to the Sun in Virgo. The Saturn/Uranus square aspect is activated. Both planets are retrograde, and with a contradictory impact such that explosive materials may be detonated, although due to the retrograde influence, the impact could mute in effect. Despite all the good progress, a reactionary event takes place. This could indicate a decisive battle. The Moon square aspect to Ceres late in the day (or morning hours on Thursday) indicates urgent humanitarian needs.

Thursday September 15th — The Taurus Moon makes a trine aspect to Pluto in Capricorn so that a grand-trine flowing configuration with Sun in Virgo and Pluto may be operational for some. It is a wide developing trine aspect between the Sun and Pluto, and the trine aspect to the Moon has faded somewhat. Yet, it may indicate a rapid deployment, a affecting large populations. In earth signs, practical matters and security are a focus. Arranging for secure energy for heating in Europe this winter reduces dependency on oil from Russia is one possible even under this signature. Supplying aid to victims of floods and earthquakes is another possible outcome here. Venus in Virgo approaches the square aspect to Mars in Gemini seeming to be a guard against excessive force, as the direct Mars energy becomes diffuse in the mutable air sign Gemini. Venus in Virgo may be able to assist, although the critical tendency of the sign may also over-react in some cases, with the harsh square aspect to Mars. The Moon ingress to Gemini late in the day, making a sextile aspect to Jupiter retro in Aries and a trine aspect to Mercury retro in Libra, facilitates communication and the distribution of aid.

Friday September 16th — The Sun in Virgo reaches the partile opposition aspect to Neptune retro in Pisces. The harshness of the aspect is softened with dispersed energy. As Venus reaches the partile square aspect to Mars, the Moon transits the conjunction aspect with Mars, softening the harshness of the energies. Venus provides more positive energy, with her attributes of beauty and peacefulness. Saturn retro in Aquarius continues to slowly ply to the square aspect with Uranus, as a very slow reduction in munitions and available resources aims to end the war in Ukraine. Pluto is slowing in its orbit and will turn to direct motion by October 10th.

Third Quarter Moon
September 16-17 2022

Saturday September 17th — The 3rd quarter Moon phase is typically a crisis point in dissemination of issues needing resolved [see chart insert]. At this quarter Moon, there is a partile opposition aspect between the Sun and Neptune, and also a close opposition aspect between Jupiter retro in Aries and Mercury retro in Libra. There are several major issues operating on separate tracks. Sun and Neptune are both in square aspects to the Moon in Gemini at the crisis point. The efforts to obliterate, to dissolve (Neptune) opposed to the consciousness of the day – or month- (the Sun) reach a balance point, symbolized by the Moon in Gemini. A proposal clicks in.  The agenda is set.  Mercury opposition aspect to Jupiter (both planets retrograde) as we begin to unwind the issues at stake. Claims on both sides are disputed. Venus in Virgo square aspect to Mars in Gemini is a separating aspect, therefore weakening, as the nitpicker Venus in Virgo conflicts with the aggressive goals of the verbose Mars in Gemini, as we hope for a resolution. Aside from this, a Yod formation involves Pluto in Capricorn at the apex, Ceres in Leo and the Moon in Gemini, as the Constitution is evoked. In another tack, the worrisome generations seek advantages. And what about my benefits? Where is my future?  Saturn and Uranus (both retrograde) slowly draw nearer to confront one another, to revolutionize or to stifle.

Sunday September 18th — As the Sun in Virgo opposition aspect to Neptune in Pisces weakens over time, the Moon ingress to Cancer takes up the stress point of Mercury in Libra opposition aspect to Jupiter in Aries (both retrograde), forming a T-square configuration. The Moon rules Cancer and is therefore at home in its role of mediator. Chiron retro in Aries in a sextile aspect to Mars in Gemini specifies the role of cooperation as the median rung, the Golden Mean is the best way forward. Controversial issues are under the microscope. Venus in Virgo approaches the trine aspect to Uranus in Taurus (earth signs) while the Sun approaches the trine aspect to Pluto in Capricorn (earth signs). These trine aspects will reach partile in the coming days, as some resolution of disagreements will be reached with regards to the transfer of money or property.

Monday September 19th — The Sun in Virgo completes the trine aspect to Pluto retro in Capricorn, for tactical advantage. Venus in Virgo reaches the partile aspect to Uranus retro in Taurus, signifying a technical advantage, as Putin’s army is forced into retreat. The Moon in Cancer makes a square aspect to Chiron retro in Aries, as objections are raised. The Moon then transits to a sextile aspect with Venus and sextile to Uranus, as a mediator admonishes two opponents.

Tuesday September 20th — The Moon makes the opposition aspect to Pluto retro in Capricorn early today, while at the same time, Venus in Virgo is trine aspect to Uranus retro in Taurus and quincunx aspect to Saturn retro in Aquarius. Practical retreats due to technological disadvantages are likely.  The ability to re-group or to replenish supplies for retaliations remains. The Moon in Cancer could represent a regeneration of conflict in the opposition aspect to Pluto, as a regeneration of courage emboldens participants. Mercury retro in an opposition aspect to Jupiter retro as retaliation to seek advantage in a legal dispute results in accusations and counteraccusations.

Challenges at the Full Moon — September 7-14 2022

Overview

A fascinating week ahead! Mercury turns retrograde at the Full Moon in Pisces with the Sun trine aspect to Uranus on the 10th. We are at a crisis point almost everywhere. Unprecedented demands prompt a review as revelations continue to astound. On the political scene there are noteworthy points to DJT natal chart, as the full Moon is square aspect to natal Uranus in Gemini, and the conjunction of Merc retro with DJT’s natal Neptune and Jupiter retro in opposition on the 18th — Sunday of the following week. Mars transits his natal Uranus with Saturn trine on the 25th making this an extraordinary month of jeopardy for Trump. The rest of us may have various indications for the Full Moon aspect on the 10th in mutable signs. We may also awaken to facts of the ground that prompt adjustments in work related matters, in finances and general communications, as political and world views will, most likely, change. Events are parallel in time, although not necessarily contingent or dependent by cause and effect. The Full Moon chart for east coast USA (DC) has the Sun in the first House with Venus in the 12th House conjunction to the Ascendant of 7 deg Virgo. For Moscow and Keyv, the charts are the same, with the Sun in the 10th House, and Uranus in the 7th House and a conjunction to the descendent. Planets in the angular houses signify direct energy. For Jerusalem, the full Moon chart has the Sun in the 9th House, signifying political activities, with a national election scheduled for November 1st. Watch for action from Moscow and Kyiv this cycle, and more active diplomacy from Washington. Artemis has a new launch date of September 19th, in the final days of this lunar cycle. Venus in Virgo and Mercury in Libra re in mutual reception.

Summary of Major Aspects of the Week

Wednesday September 7th — The Moon in Aquarius is sextile aspect to Jupiter retro in Aries early in the day, then completes the grand-trine formation in air signs, with Mercury in Libra trine aspectto Mars in Gemini. Those seeking advantage may succeed. An opposition aspect from Mercury to Jupiter in Aries is wide (2.5 deg), and weakening, although may be operating for some people or events, adding a sheen of glory. Mercury and Venus in Virgo are in mutual reception for friendly cooperation. Mercury slows to stationary prior to turning retrograde on Saturday, and a potential trine aspect to dynamic Mars in Gemini, stirring controversy. Communication is at ease, although reactions vary. Ceres in Leo is in an opposition aspect to Saturn in Aquarius. Younger generations may feel oppressed, unable to advance an agenda of jobs and housing. The Moon trine aspect to Mars and Mercury in air signs, some individuals can advance through actions and petitions seeking future promotions.

Thursday September 8th — The Moon in Aquarius makes a square aspect to Uranus in Taurus, and then a conjunction aspect with Saturn shortly after. Aggressive actions could be triggered, although halted minutes later. Bombs may be deflected, or political actions denied. The Sun in Virgo is quincunx aspect to Chiron retro in Aries. Intuitive wisdom may be rejected for practical reasons. Venus in Virgo approaches the quincunx aspect to Jupiter in Aries. Combining the practical with an all-encompassing reach may be difficult. The will to succeed may overpower practical suggestions.

Friday September 9th — The Moon ingress to Pisces overnight (4:44 UT), and makes an opposition aspect to Venus in Virgo, as affairs reach a crisis of trust. Venus and Mercury in Libra are in mutual reception, (each the dispositor of the other) indicating friendly conversations. You could now work out differences as communications are good. Try to be sensitive to the partner’s needs.  The Sun in Virgo approaches the trine aspect to Uranus retro in Taurus. Powerful emotions could be destructive. Demands filtered through kindness work out better for achieving goals. Uranus is disposed of by Venus, so practical values resonate.  Mercury reverses apparent motion at about midnight (EDT) early morning on Saturday in Europe and locations east. Attempts are made to balance escalating radicalism with legal actions as Mercury is trine aspect to Mars in Gemini.

Full Moon Chart
Washington, DC

Saturday September 10th — The Full Moon in Pisces in the 7th House chart for the east coast of the US, [see image above] indicates contending with an adversary. The Sun in the 1st House, Mercury retro in the 2nd House of values and monetary issues, and Uranus retro with Rahu in the 9th House for controversial speech making. The west coast is alive with political activism with a stellium in the 9th House, Sun and Mercury retro in the 3rd House of neighbors and siblings, for local influence, while Uranus retro and Rahu in the 10th mark the day for administrative talks with possible reversals. The Full Moon chart for Kiyv/Moscow [see image below] has the Sun in the 10th House of administrative leadership, trine aspect to Uranus in the 7th House and a conjunction aspect with the descendant, the open adversary. This are pictures of what is in the world. We are subject to these powers, while in our individual lives we seek peace and happiness. Hopefully, the arc of history does bend toward justice. The Moon transits conjunction aspect to Neptune late in the day, and sextile aspect to Pluto, as reports of nuclear dangers increase anxiety of a sooner doomsday.

Full Moon Chart
Keyv/Moscow

Sunday September 11th — The Moon ingress to Aries early in the day, makes a conjunction aspect with Jupiter retro for renewed optimism, on this fateful day in history. The Moon makes a quincunx aspect to Venus in Virgo and an opposition aspect to Mercury retro in Libra, the two planets in mutual reception and semisextile to one another. Mercury retro doubly separates from the trine aspect to Mars in Gemini, with speakers more likely to denounce aggression. The Sun in Virgo doubly approaches the quincunx aspect to Saturn retro in Aquarius, and trine aspect to Uranus retro in Taurus, as Saturn approaches the square aspect to Uranus. Leaders make assurances to calm nerves, projecting an aura of security.

Monday September 12th — The Sun in Virgo quincunx aspect to Saturn retro in Aquarius indicates difficulties in implementing the repair work needed. While Mercury retro in Libra seeks balance, and Venus in Virgo implements needed energy for repair. Saturn plying to the square aspect with Uranus in Taurus seeks to stabilize the radical and regressive instincts. We may be far ahead in this plan, having already counted for the measures needed.  A Yod formation with the Sun quincunx aspect to Saturn and the Moon in Aries reduces internal pressures, allowing for creative advances.

Tuesday September 13th — The Moon ingress to Taurus early today, afternoon hours in Europe and points eastward. The Moon’s dispositor is Venus in Virgo, as the trine aspect from the Moon to Venus late in the day, gives a sense of accomplishment. A quincunx aspect to Mercury retro in Libra challenges the practical application of theory. Mercury approaches the opposition aspect to Jupiter retro in Aries, challenging appointments as unfair, while Venus approaches the square aspect to Mars in Gemini, conflicts develop in the workplace; legal intervention may be necessary to restore worker rights.

A Common Destiny — August 31-September 7 2022

Overview

The Sun in Virgo is a symbol of work on what has been spoiled, or general clean-up issues. This week, since the New Moon in Virgo on Friday, the Sun, Moon, Mercury, and Venus are in a see-saw chart form opposing the social and universal planets in retrograde phase. Only Mars in Gemini is in a direct phase of cycle and advancing forward in efforts to propel through communication such as speech and journalism. Writing letters and posting comments online expressing your views is encouraged. The Moon in Scorpio opposition to Uranus retro in Taurus on Thursday could be intense. On Friday, the Moon is trine aspect to Neptune retro, as disinformation is exposed, while Venus is quincunx aspect to Pluto, the Moon then is square aspect to Venus. Anger and denial surface. On Saturday, the Moon in Sagittarius makes a trine aspect to Jupiter, rationalizing avarice, Mercury in Libra in an opposition aspect to Jupiter, and the Moon is also in an opposition to Mars, arguments prevail hindering advancement. The Moon square aspect to Neptune and trine aspect to Venus on Sunday indicates a more promising solution for education, as Venus’ ingress to Virgo offers more practical solutions. The Moon in Capricorn on Monday indicates a professional agreement is reached. The Moon is at the focal point of the Mercury-Jupiter opposition, a T-square configuration, and the Moon is trine aspect to the Sun later in the day for acceptable agreements. On Tuesday the Moon in Cap makes a conjunction with Pluto retro, beginning the lunar transit over the retrograde planets, promoting internal adjustments. On Wednesday, the Moon with Mercury and Mars makes a grand trine in Air signs, facilitating a powerful advancement on many levels.

Summary of Major Aspect of the Week

Wednesday August 31stIn the see-saw chart form, two groups of planets are in wide opposition. With the heavy retrograde planets on one half of the chart,we can think of recessive groups in a population opposing the more progressive groups. Mars in Gemini stands as a trail blazer, in a direct motion, leading away from the obstruction. There is hope for growth in the process. Mercury in Libra, the messenger, is trine aspect to Mars in Gemini, and opposition aspect to Jupiter in Aries. Instruction inspires action. Mars in a sextile aspect to Jupiter retro in Aries indicates a greater distribution of power through political funding. Legal issues (Libra) may also impede distribution of funds (Jupiter) with the opposition aspect. The Moon in Libra ingress to Scorpio in the afternoon hours, US time zones, evening in the Middle East and Europe. Venus in Leo makes a quincunx aspect to Neptune retro in Pisces, exposing corruption. Saturn retro in Aquarius approaches the square aspect to Uranus retro in Taurus, a slow-moving aspect in effect for September and October, it never reaches partile, as Saturn turns direct on October 24th. Although a harsh aspect, it indicates a limitation of war materials, as international pressure (Saturn in Aquarius) conflicts with the revolutionary (Uranus in Taurus). A more transformative effect may result.

September 1, 2022
See-saw formation

Thursday September 1st — With the Moon in Scorpio sextile aspect to the Sun in Virgo, details could be worked out for a resolving a long-standing dispute. However, the over-all situation remains the same as on Wednesday, with major aspects drawing closer. The situation intensifies if no resolution found. Mercury doubly approaches the opposition aspect to Jupiter retro in Aries and approaches the trine aspect to Mars in Gemini. Mars in Gemini is disposed of by Mercury. Although some flexibility in negotiations is achieved with the mutable air sign Gemini, the aspect is weakening, separating from the sextile aspect to Jupiter. Jupiter is disposed of by Mars, as success depends on the continuation of the negotiations.

Friday September 2nd — A T-square configuration in fixed signs early this morning, US time zones, and happens in the afternoon hours on in Europe and points eastward. With Saturn at the pivotal point, the negotiations are stalled. The Moon trine aspect to Neptune retro in Pisces evokes a compassionate response. Mercury in Libra trine aspect to Mars in Gemini intensifies, although this aspect does not reach partile, as Mercury slows to turn retro on September 11. Mercury does reach partile in the opposition aspect to Jupiter in Aries later today. Thus, synchronistic with all the discussions, a final settlement remains elusive, although some issues may be resolved for mutual benefit. The Moon in a square aspect to Venus in Leo is followed by a sextile aspect to Pluto in Capricorn. Accepting a partial victory enables a return to business. The Moon ingress to Sagittarius occurs in the afternoon (22:41 UT).

Saturday September 3rd — The Moon in Sagittarius transits to trine Jupiter in Aries and then an opposition aspect to Mars in Gemini prior to the first quarter Moon phase and a developing crisis. While appreciation is given for the positive development, further progress is denied by political or practical necessity. The Sun in Virgo makes a wide square aspect to Mars. The Moon then transits to a trine aspect to Chiron in Aries followed by a trine to Ceres in Leo, and a potential grand-trine configuration that benefits teachers and students, protecting their future education. Mercury in Libra separates from the opposition aspect to Jupiter, although Mercury remains in a symbiotic trine aspect to Mars in Gemini, as the ruler of Gemini, Mercury’s balancing act in Libra is augmented by the victorious achievements in negotiations. The Moon makes a quincunx aspect to Uranus in Taurus, and a sextile aspect to Saturn in Aquarius as more complications develop. Ceres in Leo is square aspect to Uranus with an opposition aspect to Saturn making a T-square configuration, as the fate of children in war zones, and wide-spread famine is critical.

Sunday September 4th — The Moon in Sagittarius makes a square aspect to Neptune in Pisces when idealism is confronted with overwhelming need. A semi-sextile aspect from the Moon to Pluto in Capricorn, indicates the call for organized assistance. Late in the day, the Moon is in a trine aspect to Venus in Leo before its ingress to Capricorn (21:03 EDT) and Venus’ ingress to Virgo (23:00 EDT). Rules and regulations are implemented to improve care for indigent and underage children.  Agreements are reached on compromise measures.

Monday September 5th — The Moon in Capricorn makes square aspects to Mercury and Libra and to Jupiter retro in Aries, forming a cardinal T-square. Participation in community and national events breaks down barriers.  Mercury in Libra trine aspect to Mars in Gemini enables expression of personal experience. The Moon in Capricorn is quincunx aspect to Mars, as potential leaders seek to impress their public. The Moon is trine aspect to the Sun in Virgo indicating an ease in practical matters and understanding of motivations.  It could be an enjoyable evening with friends and family.  The Moon in a square aspect to Chiron in Aries indicates a respectful relationship. A grand-trine in earth signs could be in effect for many individuals (depending on planets in natal charts) with the Sun trine aspect to the Moon and Moon trine to Uranus.  Uranus is in a wide trine aspect to the Sun but may be in effect. Mercury trine to Mars could also be in effect, as conversations swirl. Ceres in Leo makes an opposition aspect to Saturn retro in Aquarius, and square aspect to Uranus retro in Taurus for a T-square configuration in fixed signs. Protection of children should be increased.

Tuesday September 6th — The Moon in Capricorn and sextile aspect to Neptune in Pisces, semisextile to Saturn and disposed of by Saturn in Aquarius, reaching the retrograde planets of the opposing half of the chart, indicates attempts to reach agreements in a search for unification of purpose. Finding common ground helps to solve the problems of the era.
