Mars has superseded Saturn overnight, still in aspect for a day or more, but receding in influence. Guidelines for social distancing are still in place. The action taking place in Aquarius gives the group acceptance of the social behavior a greater community effort to cleanse itself of the virus that has produced havoc and at the same time forced limitations that will have far-ranging consequences. Yet, the fabric of society is maintained in its frozen state. We have hit bottom in a sense, and need to rid ourselves of a disease. In doing so, every man and woman in inclined to search to the bottom of his or her soul. Besides the two malefics – Mars and Saturn in conjunction, Jupiter, known as the greater benefic, approaches the partile (exact) conjunction with Pluto – a symbol of depth, of transformation through death and regeneration. Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius, and symbolic of social integration, a significant phase of social transformation is taking place. We each are called, as it were, to respect the social order imposed, which may result in a deep reflection of one’s place in the social order and one’s goals for the future.
