Wednesday August 31st — In the see-saw chart form, two groups of planets are in wide opposition. With the heavy retrograde planets on one half of the chart,we can think of recessive groups in a population opposing the more progressive groups. Mars in Gemini stands as a trail blazer, in a direct motion, leading away from the obstruction. There is hope for growth in the process. Mercury in Libra, the messenger, is trine aspect to Mars in Gemini, and opposition aspect to Jupiter in Aries. Instruction inspires action. Mars in a sextile aspect to Jupiter retro in Aries indicates a greater distribution of power through political funding. Saturn retro in Aquarius approaches the square aspect to Uranus retro in Taurus, a slow-moving aspect in effect for September and October, it never reaches partile, as Saturn turns direct on October 24th. Although a harsh aspect, it indicates a limitation of war materials, as international pressure (Saturn in Aquarius) conflicts with the revolutionary (Uranus in Taurus). A more transformative effect may result.
Thursday September 1st — With the Moon in Scorpio sextile aspect to the Sun in Virgo, details could be worked out for a resolving a long-standing dispute. However, the over-all situation remains the same as on Wednesday, with major aspects drawing closer. The situation intensifies if no resolution found. Mercury doubly approaches the opposition aspect to Jupiter retro in Aries and approaches the trine aspect to Mars in Gemini. Mars in Gemini is disposed of by Mercury. Although some flexibility in negotiations is achieved with the mutable air sign Gemini, the aspect is weakening, separating from the sextile aspect to Jupiter. Jupiter is disposed of by Mars, as success depends on the continuation of the negotiations.
Friday September 2nd — A T-square configuration in fixed signs early this morning, US time zones, and happens in the afternoon hours on in Europe and points eastward. With Saturn at the pivotal point, the negotiations are stalled. The Moon trine aspect to Neptune retro in Pisces evokes a compassionate response. Mercury in Libra trine aspect to Mars in Gemini intensifies, although this aspect does not reach partile, as Mercury slows to turn retro on September 11. Mercury does reach partile in the opposition aspect to Jupiter in Aries later today. Thus, synchronistic with all the discussions, a final settlement remains elusive, although some issues may be resolved for mutual benefit. The Moon in a square aspect to Venus in Leo is followed by a sextile aspect to Pluto in Capricorn. Accepting a partial victory enables a return to business. The Moon ingress to Sagittarius occurs in the afternoon (22:41 UT).
Saturday September 3rd — The Moon in Sagittarius transits to trine Jupiter in Aries and then an opposition aspect to Mars in Gemini prior to the first quarter Moon phase and a developing crisis. While appreciation is given for the positive development, further progress is denied by political or practical necessity. The Sun in Virgo makes a wide square aspect to Mars. The Moon then transits to a trine aspect to Chiron in Aries followed by a trine to Ceres in Leo, and a potential grand-trine configuration that benefits teachers and students, protecting their future education. Mercury in Libra separates from the opposition aspect to Jupiter, although Mercury remains in a symbiotic trine aspect to Mars in Gemini, as the ruler of Gemini, Mercury’s balancing act in Libra is augmented by the victorious achievements in negotiations. The Moon makes a quincunx aspect to Uranus in Taurus, and a sextile aspect to Saturn in Aquarius as more complications develop. Ceres in Leo is square aspect to Uranus with an opposition aspect to Saturn making a T-square configuration, as the fate of children in war zones, and wide-spread famine is critical.

A semi-sextile aspect from the Moon to Pluto in Capricorn, indicates the call for organized assistance. Late in the day, the Moon is in a trine aspect to Venus in Leo before its ingress to Capricorn (21:03 EDT) and Venus’ ingress to Virgo (23:00 EDT). Rules and regulations are implemented to improve care for indigent and underage children. Agreements are reached on compromise measures.

Participation in community and national events breaks down barriers. Mercury in Libra trine aspect to Mars in Gemini enables expression of personal experience. The Moon in Capricorn is quincunx aspect to Mars, as potential leaders seek to impress their public. The Moon is trine aspect to the Sun in Virgo indicating an ease in practical matters and understanding of motivations. It could be an enjoyable evening with friends and family. The Moon in a square aspect to Chiron in Aries indicates a respectful relationship. A grand-trine in earth signs could be in effect for many individuals (depending on planets in natal charts) with the Sun trine aspect to the Moon and Moon trine to Uranus. Uranus is in a wide trine aspect to the Sun but may be in effect. Mercury trine to Mars could also be in effect, as conversations swirl. Ceres in Leo makes an opposition aspect to Saturn retro in Aquarius, and square aspect to Uranus retro in Taurus for a T-square configuration in fixed signs. Protection of children should be increased.
Tuesday September 6th — The Moon in Capricorn and sextile aspect to Neptune in Pisces, semi–sextile to Saturn and disposed of by Saturn in Aquarius, reaching the retrograde planets of the opposing half of the chart, indicates attempts to reach agreements in a search for unification of purpose.
